Our tiny house was custom built in 2022 and is located in beautiful East Hill. Our place is centrally located just minutes from PNS airport, downtown restaurants and bars, and Pensacola Beach! It is also just a short walk to Bayou Texar and Bayview park. The tiny house is a completely private space with driveway parking for 2 cars and your own patio area! Enjoy beautiful views of the Bayou from the dining room table or the patio area. We'll do anything we can to make your stay great!

The place was specifically designed and built to be an Airbnb. The place is only 425 square feet but has everything you need for an amazing Pensacola vacation. The bedroom has a queen bed and 50 inch tv. The living / dining room has high top table that sits 4 people and a sofa that pulls out into a second queen bed. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, sink, coffee station, microwave and built in cook top. The bathroom has tile floors, custom vanity and walk-in shower.

The entire place is exclusively for the guests. There is an owner storage closet that will remained locked during your stay.

We live in the main house and are happy to answer any questions you may have but we will completely respect your privacy!

East Hill is one of the best neighborhoods in all of Pensacola. It is centrally located and a great area to go for a walk or a bike ride. You can get to the best bars and restaurants on a $10 Uber ride or by hopping on a bird scooter.

Walk down to Bayou Texar or to one of the many beautiful East Hill parks.
PNS airport is a 10 minute drive.
Downtown Pensacola is a 10 minute drive.
Pensacola beach is a 15 minute drive.
Sacred Heart is less than 10 miles away.
Bird scooters are also available all over town!

We could tell that a lot of thought and consideration went into the build of this Airbnb this is one of the best we have ever stayed in. Tiny home could be confused for something cramped and small but the layout of this place makes it feel open and comfortable. We spent a week here and I would 100% stay here again. The view and neighborhood are also great. The place was very clean as well. Worth it!

Really fantastic stay! I enjoyed feeling like I was home and the place was well furnished and clean. I really enjoyed my stay. The electric blinds were a very cool touch and I wish I stayed longer to enjoy the natural lighting more!

The location is wonderful and tucked away in a nice neighborhood. In walking distance to a park by the bay with an off-leash dog park which includes sand and access to the bay. Whether staying for one night or a week it is the perfect studio to relax indoors or outdoors. The host is very responsive and takes wonderful care of the property. They also have a nice welcome sheet with a list of places to visit and good restaurants in the area. We love the Pensacola area and this was perfect for us and the dogs.

The hosts were really accommodating and communicated well. We asked for an early arrival and they were able to do that for us. We loved the spot, and even though it was a tiny home it felt spacious for my two girls and our doggo. Thank you so much!

Here are the check in details...
When you arrive you can park in the single driveway in front of the Airbnb (to the left of the tree and the main house).

The door code for the smart lock is 5768 followed by the lock button. ***after pressing the lock button, firmly pull the door outwards to prevent the lock from getting stuck***
To lock the door, just press the lock button (don’t enter the code).

WiFi is home-office_EXT and password is gw124469.

The window blinds are controlled by a white remote that is mounted on the wall to the right when you walk in. It is labeled “blinds”. If you want to open a blind individually, press the left or right buttons to select the labeled channel and then press the up, down, or stop button to adjust the blinds. Please do not attempt to open the blinds by hand.

Check in is anytime after 4pm and check out is at 11am but let us know if you need an early check in or late check out and we’ll try to accommodate!

House Rules
