We had a wonderful stay at Xintao’s place. Her house is comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed including parking. It’s a short walk from the red line and close to some great restaurants as well as a nice walk to Harvard Square and all that has to offer. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I stayed with my family (8 of us) and there was MORE than ample space. The house was WONDERFUL and I wish I could give it more than 5 stars! This was the PERFECT place to stay for my bachelorette party! The house is beautiful and has plenty of of space for sleeping, plus 4 bathrooms was a huge perk for a bunch of women! The location is excellent for walking around and getting to Harvard and Downtown Boston, and the parking was the best piece of mind knowing we’d always have a safe space for the car. I hope I get to come back and experience this place again soon! Thank you so much!

Our family of 5 adults enjoyed our stay. Easy to walk for coffee, restaurants and groceries. As mentioned 1st floor bathroom is small but workable, just wanted to mention as the person with bad knees and needed the 1st floor amenities it is something to note. Street noise was more than expected in the mornings and you can understand why the host asks folks to be quiet if they are leaving in the early morning hours. Communication with the host was amazing and our family agreed that the Somerville area was perfect for our visit to Boston.

We really enjoyed staying at this home. It was the perfect distance from all sides the greater Boston area, and quite close to the river. The house itself promised much more than we expected with a large amount of room, flexible comforts, and a modern motif. Our kids LOVED it - especially having the choice to either been rooming together or separately (one even got to have his own suite in the upper floor). We would definitely choose this home were we to come back to the greater Boston area. Thank you!

XT’s place was perfect for our annual fantasy football draft weekend. Plenty of room for a big group. We loved that everyone had their own bed and there were plenty of bathrooms. Great location too with plenty to eat and drink nearby and quick access to Boston’s sights. I’d recommend the place to anyone.
