More information by the provider: The luxurious and sunny apartment (4 1/2 room - 120 m2) is located in Lax (at the ski slope, 5 min from gondola in Fiesch) and has two parking lots, two bathrooms, three bedrooms and a workplace with Flatscreen. Over the full apartment the floor is heated. The living room contains a large leather coach, a flat screen TV, a Soundbar and a WIFI internet connection. On the 18 m2 balcony (south east) the deck chairs are waiting for you. The open kitchen provides all the necessary equipment with a stunning view on the Valais village Ernen and the snowy mountains. In the cellar there is a washing machine, tumbler and ski room. The holiday home is very convenient for families with children and grandparents.
Luxlax is a spacious 6 person holiday house situated at the upper floor of a wooden apartment building at an altitude of 1100 meters. The house is located in the Aletsch Arena near Fiesch, Wallis, Switzerland. The house has a big balcony facing south, with a stunning view of the snowy mountains. On arrival your house will be nice and toasty warm with your beds already made up. With its 5 star rating, Luxlax is very luxurious. The ski gondola is a short 5 minute drive, or alternatively utilize the free ski shuttle bus. There is a 13-kilometer long toboggan/ski route that brings you right to the front door of the house. The road to Luxlax is always snow free for easy access. The red train stops within a short walking distance to the house. Within 150 m you will find a Supermarket with freshly baked bread and local Walliser products. The energy supply is based on 100% sustainable resources

Payment Policy
There are two ways to pay for your booking:

1. Credit card (VISA or Mastercard)
2. Invoice

For bookings within 14 days prior to arrival only credit cards are accepted.

A down payment of 20% of the total rental cost of the reserved rental property is payable within 5 days of the booking date. The remaining balance must be paid to Interhome no later than 28 days before the start of the rental period. If you book your holiday house or apartment less then 43 days prior to your arrival date, you will have to pay the total rental cost immediately.

Refundable Damage Deposit
The key holder is entitled to ask for a deposit. You will find the deposit amount in the cost overview on the object detail page of the holiday house or the apartment as well as on your booking confirmation.

The deposit can be paid by credit card or cash (as mentioned on your booking confirmation). It is necessary to pay the deposit otherwise you will not receive your key. Please note that at some locations the only option is cash payment.

What happens to my breakage deposit?

The deposit is a security retainer and will be refunded upon proper return of the rental property. The deposit will either be refunded to your bank account or received directly from the keyholder if you paid in cash. For a refund of the deposit to your bank account, always leave your IBAN- and BIC-code with the keyholder.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your booking by phone, post or eMail. Your cancellation comes into effect on the date of receipt of your notification.

If you withdraw from the contract, we will invoice you the following cancellation charges:

A) up to 43 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental
B) 42 to 29 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental
C) 28 to 2 days before the start of the rental period: 80% of the rental
D) 1 day before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental
