Strict: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

To receive a REFUND, we recommend opting into the Houfy cancellation protection plan at the time of booking. This will help cover any unforeseeable change in travel plans.

Valid government issued ID REQUIRED for each person upon check-in. NO parties, events or excessive loud noise.

MUST be 21 years old to check-in or have someone in your travel party that is 21 years of age or older.

NO SMOKING of any kind (including vaping) inside the room or building.

No parties or events. No loud Noice.

Third party bookings are NOT allowed (companies booking for employees EXCLUDED). Person booking must be part of the check-in party. Name on reservation MUST match name on government issued ID (e.g. Drivers license or passport). If booking for an employee, MUST add name to the reservation for ease of checking-in at the front desk.

Early check-ins and late check outs are allowed on a case-by-case basis. If in need of an early check-in, MUST request for one 24-hours prior to arrival. There is a $90 late check-out charge for any time past the 11 am PST/PDT departure time.

Maximum number of 4 overnight guests allowed.

Children over 7 years of age allowed.

Please be advised Palms Place will be collecting a cleaning fee of $91 (per stay) at check-out.

No Pets allowed. $500 per pet fee will be imposed for those that break the no pet policy.

NO jumping or throwing of objects over the balcony. No leaning or smoking on/over the balcony rail. Do not leave the sliding doors to the balcony open or unlocked when not in use.
Palms Place rental requires a daily hotel security deposit of $100 per day to cover any incidental expenses that may arise during your guest's stay. Palms Place will authorize the guest's debit or credit card for any incidental/security deposit at the rate of $100 per day, subject to a maximum hold of $500 per stay. The authorization hold will be released and refunded to the guest upon checkout should no additional charges be incurred.

Failure to follow the house rules, policies, and resort rules could warrant an eviction with no refunds.
