Enjoy your vacation stay in our lovely renovated 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condominium located in Sawgrass Country Club. We are a short walk or bike ride to the beach where you can enjoy the day relaxing or looking for seashells and shark teeth.

The ground floor features spacious living and dining areas with sweeping lake and golf course views. Three bedrooms accommodate up to 6 guests: king sized bed in the upstairs master, ground floor king "second" master bedroom, and ground floor bedroom with twin beds. Fully furnished with TVs, wi-fi, outfitted modern kitchen, dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker, wash/dryer and use of linens & towels. Garage accommodates one car and includes several bicycles and beach chairs for your convenience as well.

Sawgrass is a gated community located in beautiful Ponte Vedra Beach, FL nearby to many local restaurants and shopping areas. We are conveniently located close to the Jacksonville airport, St. Augustine, Amelia Island and the Mayo Clinic.

Minimum 2 weeks rental. Monthly preferred. No smoking. Pets considered for fee.

Bright, Spacious Rental with Perfect Location
This property has a great open floor plan, with lots of natural light, spacious bedrooms and lots of dresser/closet space. The location is perfect....situated on a golf course, with access to pool, beach and great restaurants/shops. The property comes with bikes which is nice for riding to the beach. My family really enjoyed sitting on the covered porch with views of the water way. The property really has everything you need, from kitchen supplies, to washer/dryer, towels, linens, pillows, etc. The home is clean, cared for, and just a wonderful vacation rental!!

We had the most wonderful time here! Beautiful and spacious condo! The layout was perfect for our family. Everything was clean, well equipped and ready for us. The location was fantastic! We loved riding bikes throughout the community to the pool and beach. Stephanie was so helpful with getting everything set up for us and providing us with information about Sawgrass and the surrounding area.

Lovely place to vacation
The Sawgrass Condo was very comfortable. It has plenty of room for the family to enjoy, comfortable furniture and a kitchen that is easy to use. I found this location to be convenient to everything we wanted to do in Ponte Vedra and Jacksonville (great restaurants and shopping). I was able to walk the area with my puppy and enjoy the outside. The weather for us was ideal. People in the community were friendly and nice to talk with. I truly enjoyed every minute we were there.

Stephanie
Jim and I have been coming to Sawgrass Country Club multiple times a year since 1999 when Jim's parents retired here. We love the area and it's our children's second home. We rented around Sawgrass many times until we finally decided to purchase our Little Bay Harbor slice of paradise.
