VERIFICATION PROCESS:

By confirming your reservation, you agree to:
-Adhere to our rental terms and conditions.

ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE INSURANCE: While we trust you'll treat our home with care, accidents can happen. We offer guest accidental damage insurance through our guest portal during verification. With the provided coverage, you can relax and rest easy knowing all damages are covered. Please inform us promptly of any damage so we can address it before the next guest's arrival.
PROPERTY RULES:
• QUIET HOURS: County quiet hours are 9 PM – 7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM – 7 AM on weekends, and they are strictly enforced. Additionally, the property is located in a quiet, tight-knit residential neighborhood, and excessive noise during any hours may legally be considered "disturbing the peace". For guest convenience, the property is equipped with noise monitors to notify guests if noise levels approach county or HOA limits. Repeated unheeded noise warnings may result in termination of stay without a refund. By signing this rental agreement, the guest acknowledges their awareness of local noise ordinances and agrees to comply with all requirements to maintain a peaceful environment in the property neighborhood.
• NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS: In no event, day or night, may the Rental Property be occupied by more guests than the number listed on the reservation without prior approval from the Property Manager. Any additional guests must be reported to the Property Manager in advance so they can be added to the reservation.
-A fee of $35 per person, per day applies for all registered guests exceeding six (6) guests.
-Reservations can be modified to accommodate up to 16 guests (14 adults max). Any gathering exceeding this limit is considered an event and requires prior approval under residential event guidelines.
-Undisclosed, unregistered guests will incur a fee of $100 per person, per day and may result in termination of stay.
-Failure to comply with this policy may result in additional charges and/or termination of the rental agreement.
• NO PARTIES: Loud noises after quiet hours and disruptive behavior combined with the presence of unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction by the police and our security team, with no refund. To maintain good relations with our neighbors and to comply with local laws, we strictly enforce this policy.
• PARKING: Parking is available for up to a maximum of 10 vehicles. Additional overflow parking is unavailable at or nearby the property. Parking on the grass or street is prohibited.
• EVENTS: An event is defined as more than 16 guests on the property. Events require prior approval and are approved on a case-by-case basis if there is a compelling rationale, and the gathering can be accomplished while not disturbing the peace of the neighborhood and remaining within property parking limits (10 vehicles). Events must have a specified guest list and not be open to the general publ
