Luxe by the Sea - Your 5-Star Coastal Getaway - Myrtle Beach

You have access to ALL amenities within Myrtle Beach Resort.

Parking Pass - A $5.00 per day parking fee is payable at the gate.

Guests—Only the number of guests on the reservation at the time of the booking are permitted to occupy the condo.

Door Lock - Please ensure the condo door is securely locked each time you leave. Touch the Yale symbol on the keypad to lock the door.

Condo Notes:
- No eating in bed or on the couch -- *Stains may result in extra cleaning fees.
- Keurig machine and K-cups are provided.
- Please empty the extra food in the fridge. Food left behind may result in additional cleaning fees.
- Please shake off excess sand before re-entering the condo
- No wet or sandy bathing suits/clothing on the furniture.
- Please do not take bath towels to the beach. 4 beach towels are provided and are in the closet on the top shelf.
- Please turn off all lights.
- Please close & secure window & sliding door.
- Kindly remove all trash & discard it in the trash chute (located at the end of the hallway, before you reach the elevators)
- Laundry/Fitness Center/Hot tub are all located on the main floor. Hours of operation are posted.
- No burning of candles or incense of any kind.
- No grills Per local fire regulations, the use of a grill inside the condo or on the balcony is strictly prohibited. The Resort provides grilling areas for use.
- No clothing, linens, towels, etc. shall be hung from balcony railings. We have a clothing drying line on the balcony for use.
- No use of fireworks permitted on the Resort property.
- Quiet hours are from 10 pm- 7 am. Excessive noise outside of these hours is a potential violation of local noise ordinance

CHECK-OUT
Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.

** Late Check-out **
If you are unable to check out on time & late check-out wasn't prearranged prior, there will be a late check-out fee equivalent to 1 night's stay plus any cost associated with the delay of the cleaning company entering the unit to perform services or delay of the check-in for the next guest.

***IMPORTANT***

This is a SMOKE-FREE building!
If anyone smokes inside the unit, a minimum charge of $250 will be assessed to your stay.
There are designated smoking areas outside of the building.

NO PETS! If a pet of any kind is brought into the condo, a minimum charge of $300 will be assessed for your stay.

SERVICE ANIMALS - ADA-recognized Service Animals must be pre-registered prior to arrival. ESA dogs are NOT ADA-recognized and are NOT permitted.

Motorcycles & Trailers
Motorcycles are allowed. Trailers are NOT allowed.

Pest Treatment
The resort treats every condo monthly. If pest treatment should overlap with your stay, the technician will be accompanied by the Resort’s maintenance dept. & will knock before entering.
