In total, there are 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. One of the four bedrooms has its own private bathroom. Each bedroom comes with a Smart TV, and there is also one in the living room.

The home features a dining table that seats 6. There is plenty of cookware and dining sets, along with silverware, coffee, and filtered water.

Parking Instructions:
* Please park only on the parking pad provided.
* Guests can park 3 cars wide on the parking pad without any issue.
* Parking on the gravel is not allowed. Doing so may result in fines from the HOA.
* Additionally, street parking is allowed; however, please note that parking on the street after 10 PM will result in your vehicle being towed. The HOA is strict about this rule.
