Guests private entrance is on the second floor. You will have access to the entire condo, as well as the green space, pool area, and laundry.

We are available to answer any questions you may have during your stay.

• Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM.

• Please note that there is a $75 pet fee.

• Smoking is not permitted in the condo or on the deck. Please use the green space for smoking.

We had a very good experience. It was nice and very clean and updated. The legos and train tracks also made our 7 year olds day after a week without his toys!

Lisa’s condo was perfect for us…my wife, me and two small dogs. Everything was as shown in pics and accurate to the write-up. Easy yard access to let the pups get out. Lisa was extremely good at communicating with us as needed during our visit. There was one issue when the electronic keypad on the door malfunctioned, but Lisa jumped on it and fixed it immediately…really going beyond the call of duty to make sure it was fixed and eliminated any chance it could happen again. Very impressive!!! The unit is in a great location and allows for easy access to all of Boulder. We would definitely stay there again on our next visit to Boulder.

We visited Boulder for two days and really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was perfectly located near grocery stores, downtown Boulder and the University. It was also very clean and comfortable. We hope to visiting again!

The kitchen was very functional and stocked with a lot of useful tools, pots, and pans. The living room was super comfortable and great for hanging out as a group. Everything was clean, tidy, and nicely decorated. The neighborhood is quiet and tucked away. The blackout curtains in the bedrooms were a nice touch. My only note to future guests would be to avoid relying on the top bunk bed if you are an adult. A small child should have no problem with it, though!

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. Lisa was such a thoughtful host, even leaving some welcome candies for the kids and a card for us. After a long drive it really helped us feel at home. Her apartment is immaculate. With a great living area for watching the TV. We were very happy with our stay

Nice place, location was perfect for family event in Boulder. The pool was a nice amenity. Kitchen was clean and stocked with disposable plates, napkins and plastic ware for a picnic as well as spices , water bottles and condiments. I highly recommend

I very much enjoyed the stay at Lisa’s! The unit is in a great location just about 10 minutes from downtown Boulder and all the great shops on Pearl Street. It is also not far from some really incredible natural beauty and great trails. The place felt very clean and cozy and was nice to come back to after a long day outside. Lisa was incredibly responsive and had some great recommendations for the area. I would definitely recommend this for your next stay.

We had a great stay in Lisa's condo. The place was just as described and included a lot of amenities. The kitchen was well stocked with oil, spices and cooking pots and pans and utensils. There is a Kerug coffee maker and some pods to get you started. This is a great spot, and we hope to stay there again when we visit our daughter who lives in South Boulder.

House Rules

1) PETS • No more than 2 pets will be permitted within the association per condo. • Pets may not create a nuisance to any resident • Pets may not be left unattended when outside of the unit and must be kept on a leash when outside of the unit at all times. • Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pet and disposing of the waste in a proper trash receptacle. • Pet owners will be held responsible for any damage done by their pet(s). 2) NOISE • Residents are expected to exercise reasonable care to avoid making or permitting loud, disturbing or objectionable noises at any time, and specifically, between the hours of 10PM and 7AM • Noises may include, but are not limited to, excessive barking or howling dogs, watching movies or TV at high volumes, stomping, banging, playing music (either inside the unit or outside,) talk on decks, hallways, stairwells or in front areas of buildings (as voices may carry) slamming doors and stomping feet in the stairwells. 3) SMOKING • No vaping or smoking of any kind inside the property , please use the green space for this. • There will be a $500 additional cleaning fee for any indoor smoking of any kind. • Smoking is prohibited in all common areas. • All cigarette butts must be disposed of properly. • Smoking marijuana is prohibited on patios or balconies and in all common areas 4) BICYCLES • Bicycles may be stored inside units or on private balconies and patios • No bikes may be stored on or locked to, common deck railings, utilities, stairwells, hallways or other common elements. 5) POOL RULES • Swim at your own risk. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY • Pool hours are 7:00 am to 10:00 pm • All children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area. The supervising adult must be inside the pool fence AT ALL TIMES • No glass containers allowed in the pool area • No pets in the pool area • Return any towels used at the pool to the inside laundry baskets. • Replacement key- if lost replacement will be $50
