Private: property 400 m2, swimming pool heated (20 m2, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 01.Nov.) with internal staircase. Hot tub, barbecue house, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, WiFi, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Shop 8 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 9 km, bus stop "Labin 1" 700 m, pebble beach 14 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: airfield 13 km from the property.

Terrace 36 m2 partly roofed, terrace 52 m2. Deck chairs (5). View of the forest. Facilities: iron, mosquito net, hair dryer. Please note: non-smoking house. 1 pet/ dog allowed. No internal connecting door between the floors.
