The apartment was compact and cosy. It’s in a great location with off street parking and within walking distance to the shops, restaurants and bars. Alum Chine beach is an easy 15 minute walk along a nice path and from there, if you’re feeling really energetic, you could walk to Sandbanks where the wonderful Rick Steine’s restaurant is located. Would definitely use this as a base again and recommend it highly.

A lot of opportunities around, many nice restaurants, cool place - close to the beach (within 15 minutes you are at Alum Chine which is just lovely!!!). Kayleigh helped us so much providing a lot of extra furniture (bed, high-chair, toys (also for the beach!) for our children. She even provided a magazine for the Air Festival taking place during our stay - very much appreciated. The apartment is very nice, all rooms make lot of sense, no wasted space, a very nice kitchen-living-room-combination! Highly recommended!

Kayleigh was very proactive with her communications given how far in advance I booked. She was extremely responsive during the trip. Flat was very clean and had all amenities you'd need. Less than 5 min walk into the high street with great food options.

We enjoyed our stay and the flat met our needs, including having toys and a high chair for our little one. Kayleigh was quick to respond to all communication and was understanding when we were delayed to check out due to our car breaking down! The flat is close to the beach and local amenities, would definitely stay again if visiting the area.

We had an absolutely wonderful time! the high street was two minutes away with a great range of independent shops and a huge selection of restaurants. Also, there was a bus stop at the end of the road with buses to Poole, Sandbanks and Bournemouth - very regular and fast journey times too! The flat was lovely, clean, well equipped and comfortable plus very convenient parking, we felt right at home. Thank you for a lovely few days Kayleigh! :)
