Lovely Private Bedroom in a three bedroom apartment located in the Heart of NEW YORK CITY / UPPER EASTSIDE / 70s

This Building is right by Q and 6 Train. Central Park, Museums - MET, Guggenheim, Whitney, Frisk etc. are in walking distance. By the train, Times Square in about 10 - 15 min :)

This is a street facing apartment in a Trendy neighborhood in Manhattan, NY. There will be noise, as there are Restaurants and Bars next door.

*Leave common area lights Off from 10pm-7am - There are night lights on so, you'll be totally fine*
*Bathroom not available from 6:45am-7am(15mins)
-Dry off in Bathtub Before stepping on Rugs
*Hand Towel in kitchen is only to dry Hands (Air dry dishes on rack and put away after dried)
*Each guest receives one towel and one face cloth per stay
