You will have a great time at this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo at the beach side Hilton Head Resort. You can take advantage of the resort amenities and you will be only a short walk from the beach (cart and chairs provided). This updated home offers comfortable furniture, spacious bathrooms with tiled showers, and a well equipped kitchen with all you need to prepare meals . Stream your favorite shows on the TVs in each bedroom and living room or enjoy the cable services. We look forward to hosting you at Rest Ashored.

This is a condominium located on the third floor in building 3 of the Hilton Head Resort.

The resort is gated and guests will need to pick up a guest pass at the gate upon arrival. The guest pass must be displayed at all time on the dashboard of the guests' vehicle(s). Up to two vehicles per guest stay are allowed.

Hilton Head Resort is a wonderful community that offers amenities such as outdoor pools (2 of them), The Beach Bear by the heated outdoor pool in building 1, Coco's at the beach, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, badminton court, outdoor grilling space with picnic tables, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness center/weight room. Just a short walk from the resort on the community broad walk is the beach. Smoking in the resort is only allowed in the designated smoking areas.

The resort can be easily located by entering the address in GPS. Park under building 3 if arriving in a sedan or a smaller size vehicle. SUVs and larger vehicles must park in the open parking lot. This is a condominium located on the third floor in building 3 of the Hilton Head Resort.

The place is beautiful, extremely clean and very functional. The decoration was outstanding. The kitchen has everything you need and more! The community is good. Restaurants/bars, tennis courts, etc. The walk to the beach of long but clean and well maintained. The beach is very long and wide (be on the watch for jelly fish… there are tons of them). Everything was great. The only two things I would say to other travelers are: 1. The lock is not easy to open (the first time) because not all characters light up and if you mess up the lock goes crazy and you need to wait for it to “reset” 2. If you like dark rooms, you will have problems sleeping. The rooms have blinds but they let the light in in the am. The place is just as described and according to photos. I would I highly recommend it.

We loved our first family trip to Hilton Head…Patrick and Vessela’s spot was perfect for a family of 4. All the amenities you’ll need both in the condo and for the beach (pull cart with 4 chairs / umbrella - pull cart comes in handy for pier walk to get to the beach) beach was great with the Coco’s on the Beach right there…tennis courts, pickle ball courts, indoor and outdoor pools were great for the kids. The folks at the front gate were very welcoming each and every time you left and came back - short drives to everything the Island has to offer! We would definitely stay at this exact location again.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The place was exactly as described in the listing. The host was fantastic, very communicative, helpful with recommendations, and responded quickly to messages. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Hilton Head Island. An unexpected surprise was the beach wagon which made going to the beach over the boardwalk a fun adventure.

We stayed from 7/31 - 8/4 for a girls trip and had THE best time! Patrick and Vessela’s place was just as described. Beautifully updated, well appointed kitchen and very comfy beds! The amenities at the resort were very clean, and the walk to the beach is very peaceful down the boardwalk and across the marshes. They do have a golf cart shuttle to take you to the beach if you prefer, but we always chose to walk. Coligny beach is a quick 5-10 minute car ride from the resort, fun beach type shops and great restaurants. Already looking for dates to go back, and I would definitely stay here again!

This condo and facility was exactly as described. We found that the condo was big enough to accommodate our family of 4. The facility is nice and has lots of things to do (pools, exercise equipment, tennis, play area for kids, etc). The condo unit is close to the laundry room and is surprisingly quiet given the number of units within the facility. The best part is the beach which is approximately a quarter mile walk, but there is a golf cart service available to and from if needed (but check the times available). Would definitely recommend this condo.

We enjoyed our stay making memories! It was everything that the host stated and was a nice little nest! The walk to the beach is not bad, just don’t forget anything because it is to far to just go grab something you may have forgotten. The walk is beautiful though! All and all it was a relaxing trip! *** Please note that pets are not allowed at the Hilton Head Resort. Reasonable accommodations will be made for guests with a service dog. Additional information may be required by the Hilton Head Resort Regime Office. Penalties are accessed by the HHR regime office if unauthorized pets are brought into the resort. Please note that any penalties will be the responsibility of the guests.
*** Please note that SUVs or larger vehicles must park in the open parking lot and cannot be parked under the building. Only cars/sedans are allowed to park in the parking area under the building. Penalties are enforced by the regime office if this rule is not properly observed.
*** Please observe the resort quiet hours and additional rules for use of pools, gym equipment, sauna etc. They will be shared with you once you reserve your stay. We want to ensure that you and your group, as well as everyone else staying in the community is enjoying their time.
*** We have done our best to maximize the space and allow our guests to have use of most of our home. However, you will notice that there are a couple of locked closets/cabinets in the home. We kindly ask that the locks are not tempered with and those areas are kept locked at all times.
*** Please note that the HHR regime does not allow any items to hang on the railing of the front porch.
*** Please note that the beach cart, chairs, and toys must be locked into the storage unit after use. Please do not bring those items into the condo. A storage locker code will be provided to you once you reserve your stay.
*** There is a surveillance camera at the entrance of the condo to the left of the front door. The camera is turned off once guests check in.
*** Our home is equipped with a smart lock and a Nest thermostat. You will be issued a unique door code that will activate at your arrival time and will expire at your departure time. The Nest thermostat is preset within a range that allows for a comfortable temperature inside. Guests can adjust the temperature within the limits of that preset temperature range. Please ensure that the front door and windows are closed if the HVAC system is operating.
*** Please note that a $25 resort amenity fee will be assessed to each booking.

Cancellation Policy
Any reservations cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. No refunds are issued if cancellation takes place within 14 days of arrival.
