We are a local family owned business. We take pride in our home and want you to look foward to coming back again in the future. We give you your privacy but are always a text away.

You will receive a message as soon as you book that will ask you to confirm your information and sign a Rental Agreement. From that point on, you will receive guest information by email so please check your spam if you have not received a Welcome message. You should receive a link to your Digital Guidebook within 48 hours, which has check-in information and food and activity recommendations. You will receive your entry code 48 hours before check-in.

✹ COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We provide guests with a starter pack of Kitchen essentials including spices, olive oil, vinegar and more. Also bathroom essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Plus detergent for your clothes.

✹ BABY GEAR: We have tried to make this house as baby-proof as possible. Some things like the spiral staircase are not possible. We have provided a crib, changing table, baby bath, rocking chair, as well as a few other items that can be requested.

✹ BEACH GEAR: We provide a wagon, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, blanket and beach towels. We try to keep boogie boards and other sand toys available too!

✹ PARKING: Free parking is available.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the home, plus a bright and airy designated workspace off of the primary bedroom on the third floor.

✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a Pack ’n play/travel crib, a high chair, a baby monitor, and more. See the amenities page for more details.

THE SPACE:
This renovated single-story bungalow is cozy and charming and just a stone's throw from Kiddie beach. Two bedroom, both with hybrid Chime mattresses and spacious closets. The King bedroom faces the water, the Queen faces the garden with an ensuite bathroom. Dog-friendly, BBQ grill, Fire pit and more!

Enjoy lunch under the shady umbrella while watching boats glide in and out of the channel. As evening approaches, the fire pit adds ambiance to your boat-watching experience.

Fire up the BBQ for an outdoor family meal, or savor leftovers from a local restaurant in the sun. As night falls, gather around the fire pit to witness the city come alive with lights and music. Another shady outdoor haven awaits just outside the main bedroom, featuring a sleek new gazebo and futon seating.

The securely fenced back patio boasts a seasonal herb garden for your culinary use. For the adventurous, we offer 2 kayaks and life vests, easily transportable with caddie wheels, for launching across the street at Hobie Beach!

"The house was large and cozy. Loved the barking sea lions. Neighbor told us they migrate closer to the shore this time of year so typically not as noisy but we didn’t mind. A great local restaurant right across the street and the Corner Store that has EVERYTHING! Loved that we could drive to Ventura in a few minutes. Learned that Oxnard is the strawberry capital of the world! Who knew. Lots of fresh local produce stands. They were all closed on Tuesday when we left town so my only regret is that I didn’t pick some up over The weekend. We hope to be back!" Lisa L. September 2024
