This was a lovely place and we enjoyed our stay. The kids especially loved the hot tub! The beds were all very comfortable. The only thing is that the kitchen was not as supplied as we thought. A few more cooking options like a griddle would have been nice or there wasn’t salt. Not a big deal but a staple that would have been nice if it was supplied. Really nice place and we even enjoyed the neighborhood to walk and kids rode their scooters around.

This space was better than the pictures. The living areas are very spacious with lots of seating. The hot tub was as described and previously reviewed and made each evening more restful. The yard was also completely fenced in which made it easy to keep the kids out of the street when the grown ups had to go to the street parked car. Street parking wasn’t at all complicated but we also only had one car. Might be not complicated if you have multiple cars staying. The proximity to the freeway and LAX was so convenient without the neighborhood having to deal with the sound of traffic or planes. Candis was so helpful and willing to make accommodations so long as it was possible. We would definitely stay again.

This place is a gem. We booked this house the day of because of late airbnb cancellation. It was a stressful morning until I reached out to Candis who was super responsive. She made our stressful day a whole lot better. The location is centralized to a lot of areas. Including a target around the corner, a drive thru Starbucks, an in n out, Chick-fil-A.. which were all helpful on those days we were on the go. Candid also provides a list of local recommendations. The place felt homie, it was clean which was important to us traveling with a 10 month old. Also comes with a pack and play. The neighborhood was quiet/safe we found parking right in front of the place 95% of the time, the other 5% of the time we parked a house over or across the street. The check in process was seamless. Instructions were clear and unlike some other airbnbs, the place is stocked with plenty of toiletries, shampoo, and random things that you might forget (thankfully we didn’t need it but it was a plus.)
