Enjoy the sights and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico from Little Palm’s great room, kitchen, master bedroom and covered decks. Little Palm is a delightful cottage only steps from the beach. All the comforts of home with a nicely equipped kitchen open to the family room and dining area to enjoy family and friends while cooking up the day’s catch. A gas fireplace is in the family room for those chilly winter island nights. The covered wrap-around porch offers comfy rockers to enjoy the sunrise or sunset while taking in the beach views and salt air. Steps from the house lead down to the private pool area with plenty of deck and lounge chairs for sunbathing, and a dining table for outdoor meals. (Pool can be heated for additional fee.) Four flat screen TVS/1 DVD player and a stereo with iPod jack are provided for indoor entertainment. Bicycles, games, puzzles and books are provided as well. Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome for no additional fee. Bikes available for our guests. “Can't Wait To Come Back To Little Palm”

I can't believe the renovations that have been done here at Little Palm. It's like a brand new home! It's essentially BRAND new and I love the open kitchen and living area. The bedrooms are perfect for our family and the new bathrooms are wonderful. We love Little Palm for the pool, porches and view. The walkover to the beach is right across the street so it's super convenient with kiddos. The management company is close by and on call if you have questions or need anything. Beach to Bay is great to work with. Can't wait to come back!!

“Terrific vacation Home!”

I've stayed in all of Beach to Bay's homes now with family and none of them have disappointed. All are convenient, well appointed, well maintained and clean. Little Palm had a perfect kitchen for us, all the tools we needed, a big dining table with a view out to the beach, a wonderful pool for cocktailing at the end of a day of beach fun. Charming house.

Beautiful Upgrades and Beach Feel

We LOVED our second stay at Little Palm even more than our first (who knew that was possible!?). We were surprised to find this home had been completely remodeled and upgraded throughout when we arrived and it was just perfect for our family. The layout and porches are fantastic, not to mention the private pool we all enjoyed after a long day relaxing at the beach. The ocean views and the sound of the waves make this the perfect place to relax and enjoy sitting on the gorgeous porch. You can't go wrong when you come to SGI if you are staying at Little Palm. We will definitely be back!

“Very clean, well furnished with nice furniture, plenty of TV's well stocked kitchen, great baths.”

This beautiful house sits directly across the street from the beach. There's an unobstructed view of the ocean from the front porch & a spacious screened porch on the side. Both have ceiling fans & comfortable furniture. The pool is well maintained & the deck has a covered area that provides shade when you've had enough sun. Plenty of furniture to lounge comfortably & still get that refreshing ocean breeze. The house itself is up to date with appliances & has everything you need in the kitchen. There was a generous supply of products to get you started (trash bags, aluminum foil, soaps, etc).

Can't wait to come back!

Fabulous View, Beautiful Decor, & Great Pool Area

We have stayed at Little Palm for many years. This year the owners outdid themselves. We walked into a completely, and I mean COMPLETELY modeled home. New kitchen, new bathrooms(glass block walk in shower), flooring, electrical. Owner has everything labeled and it makes it so much easier for my family. The home is always spotless. The kitchen is well equipped and has a walk in pantry. The landscape is a added feature. The pool area is large and has seating in shade and sun. We enjoyed the paddle boards and bikes that the owner provides. Also loved sitting on the screen porch in the mornings with coffee and the front porch in the afternoon watching the dolphins and people go by. We love waving, and everyone waves back. Love it. We have already blocked our time for next year and cannot wait. This home offers just about anything you could psossibly need, and the management company was great to work with. We really enjoyed working with Carla and Roxanne at Beach to Bay. Can't wait till next year! See You Soon, Maree & family Alpharetta GA.

Home Away from Home

Little Palm is the third house we have rented in our eight years of vacationing at SGI. We won't need to change houses again. We love the view, the porches, the pool, the well-equipped kitchen, the layout of the house. The bedroom arrangements allow each couple to have privacy. The abundance of windows and glass doors in the living area make even rainy days a lot of fun. The view from the porch is special: dolphins, pelicans, gulls, swimmers, kayakers, fishermen and even skateboarders and bikers. Also love the rockers on the porch. When we arrive, my daughter says, "We're home."

Little Palm is a great beach house!

Best pool area for family fun and dinners. The house was nicely furnished and cozy! Our family enjoyed all the comfortable furniture on the deck. The view was fantastic. The one thing really missing is an outdoor shower, It was a wonderful week at Little Palm!!!

We hadn't been to St. George Island for 20 years...

We hadn't been to St. George Island for 20 years; and what I remembered most about that trip was sitting on an empty beach and watching dolphins play in the surf. We again had an opportunity to return to St. George Island, this time with our 2 1/2 year old son. The first day we walked out onto an empty beach, and again saw dolphins playing in the surf. It was wonderful and relaxing, and it seemed as though this part of Florida hadn't changed much at all. The Little Palm beach house was a big part of what made our trip special. The house was beautifully decorated, but in a very comfortable way. And there were little labels in some key places to help guests remember how to take care of the house (e.g., "No grease down the drain, this is a septic", and "This door needs an extra push" on the French double-door refrigerator, and "Turn off the lights at night for the sea turtles"). It made us smile. The open floor plan also helped us keep tabs on our little one, and gave us a great view of the beach from the porch. I'm sure there is a load of stuff to do on St. George... but all we did was enjoy the beach and cook in. If you're looking to just hang out at the beach, and return to a comfortable, well-appointed home in the evening to cook dinner and share stories, Little Palm is a great option.

Wonderdul memories

My family has vacationed in this home two years in a row now. My children refer to it as "our beach house". We love the very short walk to the beach, clean house and beautiful pool. The Perfect Beachhouse

Thanks for another wonderful vacation at Little Palm! Our family had a great time with excellent weather and your home is the perfect spot to enjoy St. George. It is so very comfortable and it had everything we needed. We enjoyed our quick walk to the beach each day and the comfort of having a beautiful pool to come back to in the late afternoon. Our family was so happy at Little Palm and we are very selective about our vacation spots. We give Little Palm our highest recommendation!

Nice Place!

Nice Place Reviewed on 06/18/2010 for a stay on 06/01/2010 Little Palm has to be one of the best equipped homes I have stayed in on St. George Island. Everything worked! All the steps in and out was our only issue. We have 3 miniature dachshunds and they all had to be carried in and out. But I knew this when we made our reservations. The bedroom arrangement was perfect. The teenagers were never heard from the other bedrooms at night. I would recommend this home to anyone with older children. But this is not a home for anyone over 60 unless they are in absolute perfect physical condition.

Comfy Home, Quiet Location, Nice Pool & Gulf View

My wife and I truly enjoy staying at the Little Palm. We find our time there to be very relaxing and peaceful. We find that sitting on the porch in the late afternoon and early morning to be the best part of the day. The dolphin are passing by and the the dove are cooing and we can just sit and totally relax. The house has everything you need for a great stay and with the full kitchen we find that boiling some fresh shrimp with a great bottle of wine to be better than dinning out. We enjoy the beach in the middle of the day and the pool at cocktail hour. The house is not the Ritz Carlton but that is not what we are looking for when stay here. It's nice to have a place that is genuine and not snobbish. We have stayed there for numerous years and i must say that the house and it's furniture are showing some wear and could use some refurbishing. Hopefully that will be completed before our next stay.

All 3 homes are single family homes, with private pools, pet friendly, and 1st Tier(right across from the Gulf of Mexico). There are 3 seasonal rates during the year. We also list our homes with a local management company on the island. They are there for our guests if you have questions or issues during your visit. The area has year round events, great restaurants, shopping, and exploring. A very laid back area, no high rise condos, no crowded beaches.
