Leatherbark 306A is a 3-minute walk to the Village/slopes. The condo's main level enjoys a large, open floor plan with a living/sitting area, dining space, a full kitchen, and a washer and dryer. The main bedroom is large and roomy with a king bed and pullout sofa. 2nd bedroom is a large loft with a full-size bed and two twin beds. Leatherbark is on the main walking path and free shuttle route. There is a large grassy area in the rear-perfect for frisbee! Firepit area, bike washing station, and basketball hoop.

Only thing I would recommend is getting better window AC unit and possibly another one. It got up to 86 in the room at one point and was unbearable. Other than that, super clean, comfy and good people.

Nearly everything about the comfort amenities needs replacing. The bathroom floor was dirty with hairs and lint on the rug. the overall feel is 'budget'. kitchen was pretty well stocked except for pot holders, serving dishes and dish towels. Mattresses were terrible. there is a drip coffee maker. we were there the week of Feb25--28 and conditions were heavy and slushy

The place was as described and a great location. It was an easy walk to the top of the Ballhooter lift. The place was spacious and had a great set of hooks for all of our snow gear. Plenty of hot water and was great to have a washer & dryer in the unit.

Description and pictures matched the condo exactly. Leatherbark was close to the village. It was a short walk be Tree Top to get the slopes and the village. Would definitely recommend this location. Host gave clear instructions on check-in. It was also great not having to fight the crowds at Allegheny to get checked in when we arrived. Went straight to the condo.

Stayed here during a rainy weekend, so we hung out in the condo a lot. Positive notes where the location of the unit being close to everything, very close to the slopes as well, the unit is spacious for what you typically see at Snowshoe, and it was easy to get to and enter the unit. It was also nice to have the trash compactor on site and close to the building. Host was also responsive and courteous when I did reach out. On the negative side, I did't feel it was worth the $1600+ for roughly 48 hours of our stay. Lots of small updates could be made to greatly improve the unit. My biggest complaint was the bedding. The sheets were either really cheap or old and dry rotted, I couldn't tell. None of the mattresses were comfortable, the main bedroom bed springs being completely worn. Pillows where flat as can be and my bed spread in particular smelled of Axe body spray. Lastly, there were extra loose carpet pieces that had clear pet stains showing through the bottom, confirmed by smell

Typical ski cabin. The location was great but the check out instructions are ridiculously demanding. Expecting guests to clean all the dishes and put them back in the cabinets really should be the clleaners job, amongst other things that were asked. I’d still recommend the cabin to other guests overall
