Situated at the back of a tiny hamlet in its own grounds the Marronnier is in a peaceful setting. There’s plenty of space/seating/sunloungers for everyone. The walled garden is a haven with its private pool, covered gazabo, wafting lavender and raised garden beds. The perfect place to relax and unwind. The 6 person jacuzzi is situated in the courtyard beside the huge Marrionner tree.
The large lawned garden leads to the grassy meadow where there is badminton, trampoline, swing set, boules and table tennis to keep the children happy, lots of space to play and lots of tracks and trails straight from the property.

*There is also the possibility of renting the Cottage which is just across the courtyard, sleeping 4 people, 2 bedrooms. There are 500+ kilometres of marked walking/hiking/vtt trails in the area - Naturellement Perigord. Free downloads of routes available and leaflets from the tourist office.
Road cycling routes - Lawrence of Arabia signed cycle route.
Spéléologie (caving) and Rock climbing also available to book via the Excideuil Tourist Office.
Local Truffle tours available to book in season.
Gold panning also available to book via the Tourist Office.
Just 30 mins away there is the Leisure Lake at Rouffiac where they offer a host of activities: water skiing, sailing, escalade, paddle boarding, pédalo, canoë-kayak, VTT, zip wires, accro park, pont de singe…
