Come stay in our spacious one story single family home that features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms fully kitchen and a private heated pool(*).

Our home is very well located in Lake Berkley Resort with short walking distance to the lake berkley, where you may walking or fishing. There are also community heated pool, gym, volley court, basketball tennis court and kids playground.

The living room is spacious with a 3 seats sofa to relax and enjoy the 45 inch SMART TV. This area opens to the partially covered and fully screened lanai and pool area. 2 lounge chairs to enjoy the Florida sun.

Dining table seats 6 and another 4 at the breakfast table. If you feel like cooking the beautiful fully kitchen appliances is ready for you. All of this is designed to be open and family ready.
