**Please note that our cancellation policy does not make exception for Covid or personal emergencies (such as family illness or death), transportation failures, poor weather, road and/or border closures, government disputes, labor strikes, border unrest, failure or lack of utilities, natural catastrophe, acts go God or any other circumstances beyond the control of Las Palmas/ owner. In order to avoid such cancellation fee, we recomend that our guests purchase travel insurance.
if any of our rules are broke, the host, can cancel the reservation with NO REFUND.
Inspection is done after guest check out. If anything is not right as you arrive, seems damage report it right away as you check in . An inspection report is send to owner the day after guest leave or on same day.

Accidents can happen, we understand, we ask our guest to not eat or drink on bed or sofa. Stains cleaning is very costly in MX. If an excessive cleaning needs to be done, guest will be charge for it up to $100.00***
No refunds will be given for any situation that is not on my power to fix.
We provide enough bath towels for the number of guest.

Beach items are there for guest convenient. We ask that items be wipe off from sand before bringing them inside the condo. Beach towels (4)/chairs (3) umbrella(1) are available , If beach items are not returned there is a fee $25.00. Condo towels are not to be taken to beach.
No more than allowed numbers of people.
The resort does not allowed renters to have pets with then, sorry. MX do not recognized ADA**
