Our beautiful, newly renovated condo is located in the heart of Chalet Village overlooking Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mtns! A 1 min drive to Ober Mountain & Chalet Village Owners Club, this property is perfectly situated so guests can enjoy all that the area has to offer w/o the traffic fuss! Enjoy a fun day hiking, sightseeing, shopping, eating, or one of the many area attractions. Also visit the clubhouse for the Pool, Game Room, Gym, and playground offering fun for the entire family!!

-Check-in any time after 4 pm and check out is at 10 am.

-The address is: 1235 Ski Mountain Rd. Unit 616 Gatlinburg, TN (Please note, this property is across from Ober Gatlinburg)

-Parking is designated. Please park in space # 616

***Did you forget your toiletries or paper products?? We provide enough paper products and supplies to last a day or two in case you forget to bring some with you. We do not provide coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil or trash bags. You will need to bring or buy them.
*** DO NOT flush feminine products or wipes down the toilet. Due to past issues from guests, there will be a $250 fine to anyone caught doing this since it causes the toilet to overflow, which means we have to call out a plumber and a cleaner to get it fixed and cleaned up.

All other calls will be handled the next business day. *Please note the following items are not considered emergencies: TV not working or remote needing batteries, fireplace not working, toilet not flushing (if you have more than one bathroom), hot tub not working, and other such items.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund if canceled prior to 30 days before your stay begins. 50% refund up to 2 weeks before stay, and no refund if canceled within 14 days of stay. All refunds may be subject to a 4% credit card fee.

*NO PETS ALLOW! *There is a wood burning fireplace- you must bring your own wood, which is available at most local grocery stores or gas stations. *We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day. *All refunds from cancellations may be subject to a 4% credit card processing fee depending on how you booked the property, meaning some listing sites may have the fee and some may not. *All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.
