Please provide purpose of stay, full names and ages of all overnight guests, their home cities, method(s) of arrival, and special conditions of guests within 24 hours of booking; ID may be required for adult guests. Please also provide vehicle description(s), method and time of arrival of reservation guests no less than 24 hours before arrival. Smoking inside or in front of the house is not permitted. The basement and primary bedroom closet are locked and off limits. Security cameras are on the property for your protection and our peace of mind. Minors (under 18 years old) will be supervised at all times by adults - in the pool and home. Outside security cameras record all activity outside the house, including visitors not listed on the reservation - do not disable. Outdoor activities must end at 10 pm. Please be aware excessive music or activity volume levels may trigger a police response by neighbors. We are committed to your safety and peaceful enjoyment. No entertaining of groups with more than 15 people longer than 6 hours. Maximum 10 occupants during your stay; additional charges may apply beyond 8 guests. Notify us 24 hours in advance of additional visitors to our home- street parking for additional visitors should be in front of our property only. All reservation guest cars must be parked in the driveway (up to 4 vehicles). For stays longer than 3 days, set out garbage in covered trash containers at the curb (by mailbox) on Monday and Thursday nights or at checkout on those days. For weekend stays, store final garbage bags inside garage. To use fireplace, contact us first, provide your own pre-dried wood (available at supermarkets or local nurseries), fully open firebox vent/damper and leave open for 24 hours after fire ends. To use propane gas barbecue, please check gauge for level; you may need to purchase your own. The house manual describes where to trade the tank for a refill. Please clean barbecue utensils and return to outdoor drawers. Please ensure knobs are fully turned off and propane tank valve is fully shutoff when cooking is done. Clean grill with steel brush. All indoor and outdoor furniture and furnishings must be returned to their original locations before departure.
