Self Check-in details are provided to the guests 1 day prior to their check-in date. It will include the lock code, directions and all the instructions needed for a smooth check-in.

Treat the house as your own.

No Events & Parties allowed.

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited. Will be charged $250 for extra clean if smoke/weed smell is found by cleaners.

Load the dishwasher before checking-out.

Throw the trash away.

Turn-off the lights and close the curtains to conserve energy.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Security Deposits are refunded as soon as post check-out verification is completed.(Usually on the same day as check-out date.)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy is Semi-Flexible. You can cancel the booking 30 days prior for a full refund. If cancelled within 15 days, partial refund will be provided.

No refunds if cancelled after 15 days left to check-in.
