Everything was very easy to find (pots,pans,towels,broom) everything even things that you wanted personally stores are literally walking distance. Most definitely will be my go to spot for summer vacation.

Everything was standard. Could use some modernization and better upkeep. I did find some unwanted critters but it is a Florida summer. Would maybe stay again.

Our stay was great. They were flexible about changing the dates for us when needed.
The kids also really enjoyed the pool a lot.
I did think the house could have been more clean. And we found Hair in the shower, and the corners were a little dusty. And I killed a cockroach in the house the first night we were there.
The area is very nice tho. The house is located inside of a development, the neighborhood is quiet and has lots of stores nearby for all your needs.

we enjoyed the stay here, very family friendly. The front door locker may need to be replaced sooner or later, to unlock it, we had to press several times for the locker to correctly sense the code, a lot of times if I push gently if may not sense the push, and if I just push the number a little harder then the locker may sense if I have pushed twice.

The place was perfect for our vacation. Close to many fun things to do, although we came for more of a staycation. The house was perfect for that! Would definitely visit again if I make it back down this way! It was also great to bring our dog along since he is part of the family as well.

very nice home, peaceful neighborhood, very nice neighbor's, pool was great for the granddaughter, we paid to heat it and it was perfect. the manager on site was also great.
