Very nice, large, bright and clean room, in the most beautiful and charming neighborhood of Rome: Trastevere.

Very large, nice, comfortable and light Room!
The apartment is located in the heart of the historical center of Rome, Trastevere, one of the most charming and characteristic neighborhoods of the capital, rich in history with its beautiful medieval squares and alleys. Trastevere hosts many interesting monuments and churches of the city. During the day and in the evening the locals and tourists throng the streets of the neighborhood so full of bars of all types : bar, restaurants, pubs, Roman trattorias , shops for shopping. Situated also very close to all the strategic points of the city: San Pietro, Colosseo, Piazza Venezia, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, etc. It is perfectly connected to all other areas by very many buses , taxis and trams. In particular, there is a tram (8 ), very frequently, which stops at Trastevere Station . Here you can find the train that connects the city to the airport in just 20 minutes.
The home is very hospitable, clean and ligth and it has just two rooms for guest and a large shared bathroom with a bathtub.

The guests will be almost in their confortable house, received from the kindness and pleasantness of the host.

we enjoyed our stay ! trastevere is a really cute and peaceful neighbourhood ! there is a lot of great restaurants and it's only at 30min by feet from Rome. the apartment was great, very clean and in a great location! maurilio gives you a lot of information before and during your stay to make it enjoyable! This is a great spot to land when arriving to Rome! Maurilio was nice enough to allow us to leave our luggage at his home long before check in. Great location in an authentic neighborhood. Know that the room is right above a restaurant, but we didn’t mind as it made us feel like we were in the heart of the action in Rome!

A great location, in walking distance to major attractions, the central city, and a walk along the Tiber River. There are many restaurants, bars, and cafés. The nightlife makes for some late evening noise, quieted by closing front-facing windows.

Maurillo's flat was in the lively and beautiful area of Trastevere. His communication was great before and throughout our stay. The room was very tidy and despite its central location was peaceful at night. There is a small fridge to use and a tea/coffee station but if you aren't likely to utilise the vibrant restaurant scene that Trastevere/Rome offers you may want to look somewhere with more amenities. Maurillo gave us great recommendations and we were happy eating out for every meal and indulging in aperitivo in the evening. It was also so easy to walk to the Colosseum and Vatican City from the flat. Would highly recommend! Thanks Maurillo!

Heerlijke kamer in een geweldig gezellige buurt. Goede bedden. Snel reagerende host. Een warme douche hoort echter wel bij dit prijsniveau maar dat lukt niet. De minimale straal was te snel afwisselend koud en warm.

La casa de Maurilio es perfecta, la ubicación muy buena y en una de la a mejores zonas de Roma. Sin embargo tengo que mencionar aspectos que no dependen de Maurilio, pero que si puede ser importante para ti. Por las noches en fin de semana hay mucho movimiento y cómo es céntrico se llega a escuchar a la habitación (yo llegaba cansadísima así que no hubo mayor problema el ruido) sin embargo un día muy temprano fueron a recoger o tirar la basura del bar de abajo y era DEMASIADO el ruido de botellas de vidrio, es como se lo aventaran con fuerza y ahí si me despertó y no fue cómodo. También hay que considerar que para el Apartamento es hasta el tercer piso y no hay ascensor por si traes muchas maletas y vienes solo puede ser incómodo. Por todo lo demás fue excelente!!! Y la ubicación en buena!

Getting around

It is perfectly connected to all other areas by very many buses , taxis and trams. In particular, there is a tram (8 ), very frequently, which stops at Trastevere Station . Here you can find the train that connects the city to the airport. To arrive in my apartment: From Rome Fiumicino, if you do not want to take a taxi, you can take the train to "Rome Trastevere Station". From there you can take the tram 8 direction piazza venezia, and get off at Piazza Mastai. 3 minutes walking, and you will arrive at my apartment from Roma Ciampino, If you don't want take the taxi, you can take the train or the bus to Roma Termini. Outside the Termini station there is bus terminal. Take the Bus H. Get off to Piazza Belli. 3 minutes walking, and you have arrived. THE BEST CHOICE: If you want I can reserve for you a private transfer with luxury car. The driver will wait for you with a sign saying your name, at the arrival point of the airport and he will take you directly to my apartment ... In this way you will have no worries about how to reach the apartment and you don't have to long queue at the taxi stop.
