Landing Pad A - Atlanta

1. Do not block the neighbors' driveways if you street park. You may also park on the LEFT driveway.
2. No smoking/vaping inside the home. A $250 smoke removal fee will be applied for violations.
3. No parties, gatherings, or loud music. It is unlawful to allow or make any noise or sound that exceeds the limits set forth in the City's noise ordinance (City code Sec. 74-131).
4. No pets or unregistered overnight guests in the home. Maximum occupancy is limited to 2 adults per bedroom and 3 parking spaces.
5. No third-party bookings (you may not make a reservation for someone else unless you will be present).
6. No video productions without prior arrangements with the host.
7. Please do not rearrange the furniture.
8. Please report damages immediately so that we can repair/replace.
9. We aren't responsible for lost or forgotten items.
10. Please take trash down to the curb on Wed nights and bring the bins back to the side of the house after collection (sometimes they come Thurs or Fri).
11. Additional cleaning fees may apply for any human or pet biohazard/waste removal from the property.
12. We do not allow USPS mailbox service for any guest, however deliveries via UPS/FedEx/DHL to the door are permitted. You may either open a P.O. Box for USPS service, or you may have mail delivered to “Landing Pad A” and add a c/o (Care of) line with your name.
13. Tampering with any locks or electronics on the property (including WiFi and external cameras) will result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.
14. Thermostat is adjustable within the range of 73°F max for heat, and 68°F min for cool for maximum energy efficiency.
