CHECK-IN Instructions:
At 4:00 PM and later.
Check yourself in using a unique 5-digit code provided to each guest before arrival. The code will remain valid only during the guest's stay.

CHECK-OUT Instructions:
At 10:00 AM sharp.
Please be respectful of this rule. Our cleaning crew needs to have enough time to get the house cleaned, sanitized, and get ready for the next guests. If you require a late checkout, please, contact us 48 hours in advance to discuss the possibility of extending your stay.
Unauthorized late departures after 10:00 AM will be charged $50. Any late departures after 11:00 AM will be charged at a full daily rate.

POOL FEES
The pool can be heated upon request. The nightly charge for using the pool heater is between 35 and 50 dollars depending on the season. The advance notice and full payment need to be made at least 48 hours prior of the check-in date.

Brand-new luxury and recreational REGAL LS2 boat priced at $299 per 3-hour rental.

Brand-new 3-seater YAMAHA VX Cruiser HO priced at $199 per 2.5-hour rental.

BBQ GRILL
2 sizes to choose from:
3-burner grill priced at $100 per week
4-burner grill priced at 115 dollars per week.
The full tank and BBQ utensils will be provided at no extra charge.

ENTERTAINMENT rentals
Poker bundle (table, 8 chairs, chips, cards) priced at $185 per week.
Movie Projector with 150' screen and stand priced at $125 per week.
Popcorn machine with 2 kits priced at $100 per week. Additional kits available to purchase ($3 each).
Arcade Infinity game table priced at $50 per stay. Table contains digital versions of 40+game boards. Great fun for kids and for adults, too.

BABY GEAR rentals
Stroller priced at $25 per stay.
Pack 'N Play priced at $25 per stay.
Highchair priced at $25 per stay.
Baby monitor priced at $40 per week.

PARKING:
Free parking on the driveway and the street. Free street parking except on Monday and Tuesday (trash pick-up). Please, make sure tires do not touch the grass while parking on the street, and during trash pick-up days your car is far enough from the trash can to be picked up by a garbage truck.


MAXIMUM CAPACITY:
10 people (6 adults). We DO NOT allow the presence of any extra unauthorized guests on our premises. Failure to observe this rule will result in a $200 penalty per unauthorized person. This rule doesn’t apply to babies under the age of 2.


NO SMOKING POLICY
We strictly operate a NON-SMOKING policy in our home and within the pool area. For the comfort of all our guests, we thank you for respecting this rule.
Violations are subject to a $500 penalty plus any additional fees to cover the cost for all affected areas to be professionally cleaned and sanitized.
Smoking on the premises will also result in immediate eviction with no refund.


NO NOISE / PARTY POLICY
We have a strict policy in place against any loud noise after 11:00 PM on any day. We are kindly asking you to be mindful and respectful to other neighbors in our community.

PET POLICY

In our shared quest for harmony, we kindly request a touch of courtesy to fellow guests with allergies. Thus, let the furniture remain untouched by furry paws, and when the magic takes you elsewhere, may your pets find solace in the embrace of a kennel.

Violating this rule will result in a $200 automatic penalty plus any property damage expenses.

All exterior doors and windows must be locked when leaving the property!
