Bring the whole family and relax in this gorgeous, newly remodeled in 2020, Laketown Wharf unit, with panoramic views of the gulf, from your 12th floor massive balcony boasting 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a bonus bunk area!! The entire unit has been repainted, and flooring redone or replaced throughout.

The living room/dining area has floor to ceiling glass slider doors giving you an amazing view from the couches, dining table or kitchen island seating. The living area has all brand new furniture that includes a pull out queen sized couch. The dining table has seating for 4, and the island bar has seating for 3 more. If you’d rather listen to the sound of waves rolling in while you sip your morning coffee, or evening cocktail, than the massive private balcony will be your favorite spot. The balcony has table seating for 6 as well as additional lounging/sunning seating areas.

With many nearby restaurants and a full size, well stocked, kitchen, you have endless options of eating out, bringing food in, or cooking for yourselves.

Each of the 3 bedrooms have king sized beds with all new mattresses and top rated mattress pads for added comfort. You will have plenty of space for all your clothes and accessories with nightstands, dressers, and closets in each room. Two of the bedrooms are masters with their own full size bathrooms. The primary master has a wall of sliding glass doors with its own private entry to the balcony overlooking the gulf, and its bathroom has a separate garden tub and shower with a large dressing area. Don’t forget about the bunk area with twin beds In their own offset near the 3rd bathroom. Linens and towels are provided, as well as a washer and dryer.

We really enjoyed our stay, again! This was our second stay at this property in Panama City Beach. It is amazing and very comfortable, and it truly does have stunning views of the gulf. The communication was excellent. There was an issue with the front door lock, but it was addressed quickly and the situation was resolved. Steve and Nicholle made sure that we were taken care of, and Nicholle made herself readily available to us. When we are in Panama City Beach again, we would love to continue staying at this property.

Excellent location and clean unit. Easy walk to the beach and a few restaurants. The balcony overlooks the beach and we could’ve just spent hours reading out there. We’ll definitely be back!

This place was great for 10 people! Very good location too. We also enjoyed the downstairs area of the Wharf and loved the Seafood Buffet. The host was very responsive and helpful.

This unit was exactly like the pictures. Very spacious. We had problems with the door but they were quick to respond. I would definitely stay again.

We all loved the condo we stayed in. The host was super communicative and answered any questions we had! My only complaint was upon arrival there was a very limited amount of essential necessities such as toilet paper and trash bags which we had to buy our own for. I do believe that had more to do with the cleaning service prior to our arrival rather than the hosts though. The unit is wonderful and has beautiful views. We would definitely stay again!

Overall we had a decent stay, but what bothered us the most was the cleanliness. The sheets and bedding had stains on them and it didn’t seem like the floors were even mopped. The bathrooms were not very clean and there was mold growing in the ceiling of the master bathroom shower. I expected the place to be clean for the $200 cleaning fee that is charged. The best part of the stay was the location, it was a short walk to the beach.
