Based upon the short-term rental ordinance in Tobyhanna Township, occupancy is limited to 6 people if renting for 29 (or fewer) days. There is a maximum occupancy of 8 people for stays of 30+ days.
House Rules
Due to local regulations and insurance requirements, ALL RENTALS REQUIRE A SIGNED LEASE. After a reservation is made, the primary lessee will be asked for their email address so that a lease can be routed to them for their digital signature. Our Tobyhanna STR license number is 45-0386. Pets are allowed for an additional fee of $150.00 for a week rental and $75 for a weekend rental and upon acceptance of Pet Addendum terms. Please inform us if you would like to bring your pet. Linen and towel service for 10 people included at no extra cost for weekly rentals. Otherwise linens and towel service/delivery is available at a cost of $68 for shorter rentals. Lake Naomi is a private community and guests are expected to respect and abide by all the community guidelines. These are listed in the lease.
