Our lake house cottage is renovated and will be your perfect home for your family fun! 3 Bedroom, 1 - 1/2 bath with full accommodations and additional beds in the GR or you can use sleeping bags or air mattresses. Plenty fun for all ages; swimming, yard games, bonfires and plenty of fishing.



There is another lake resident that rents her pontoon or you can contact (Email hidden by Airbnb) to deliver a pontoon for you. There is also public access to bring your boat & dock at our pier.
This is a well-loved lake house where many family memories are made. The home is on a dead-end lane and year-around residents live right next door.



Please use any floats and toys and games that are in the house. "Enjoy the beautiful relaxing lake life."



Parking is limited to 4 vehicles.



House has central air, Big Screen TV, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, ice maker, stove/oven, margarita machine, coffee makers, gas grill, expandable dining table, washer/dryer & ceiling fans.

Stacy and Robert’s place is the perfect getaway for a family or two to make memories on the lake! They have created a beautiful and comfortable space to relax and a fun place to get out and play! They connected us with a neighbor across the lake who rented us a pontoon boat. The process for getting and returning the boat was easy and affordable. We took the boat out every day of our stay and spent every afternoon swimming and fishing with the kids. We also enjoyed their kayaks the whole week. The lake was quiet throughout our stay and there is a nice restaurant to enjoy a dinner out with the family or an evening cocktail with friends. Stacy and Robert are excellent hosts who go above and beyond for their guests. Stacy helped make sure all our kids had what they needed for the boat and kayaks as we were not very experienced. Their communication was clear, prompt, and warm. We feel so fortunate to have found this place and look forward to more visits in the future. :)

Stacy and Robert's lake house was just perfect for our family! We loved that it was a bit away from the lake since we had young grandchildren visiting and the yard was a wonderful play area. We especially loved the large, well-equipped kitchen since we cooked all our own meals during our stay. We had 6 adults and 4 children and the house was big, clean and very comfortable in every way. Stacy was quick to respond to any question and super friendly and accommodating. We hope we can stay again next year on this beautiful lake.

This lake house is not a cottage BUT a home away from home. From the moment that you walk in the door, you see the care that has been taken to clean and decorate the space. The kitchen is designed well for a family. Everything you could possibly need is available. The laundry room off the kitchen also provided great storage. The great room is a comfortable spot. It also has two single beds on each side of the fireplace. They are the perfect place for kids to read or relax. Beach towels near the deck door were appreciated. The beds in the guest rooms were comfortable and all had additional pillows. The 1.5 baths made it convenient for a family. The outdoor space is truly amazing. The yard has many mature trees for shade and the view of the lake at sunset is perfect. The dock is just steps below. We were able to rent a pontoon for the whole trip and dock it at the end. The kids loved swimming off the dock since the water is crystal clear. If you get a boat the middle of the lake has a shallow sandy swimming area surrounded by lily pads. The perfect way to end each night was at the large fire pit. This listing is perfect for a relaxing trip with your family. You will enjoy the comfort, convenience, and beauty of this HOME.

We stayed Monday to Friday and had an awesome time. The house was great and Stacy was so awesome and helpful! She set us up with Sherri to rent the pontoon boat and it was super affordable, the boat was perfect, and Sherri and her husband were so nice and helpful too!! We had an absolutely amazing time and can’t wait to rent it again!!

We loved our stay at Hicks Seehaus for our mini family reunion. It perfectly accommodated our needs. Everyone complimented the use of space, comfortable beds and bedding and tasteful lake decor. The kitchen was well equipped. We had everything we could possibly need. I thought having one shower might be an issue but it was not at all. The water was always hot. The neighbors were also very friendly and the view of the lake is beautiful. We practically had the lake to ourselves as it was during the week. It was wonderful for anchoring and swimming. Be aware that there is a downward slope with steps to reach the lake and pier. The guidebook is very thorough and I found Stacy easy to communicate with. We had an issue with a pontoon rental and she went above and beyond in assisting us! I highly recommend (Website hidden by Airbnb) if you need one for your stay. Rex the owner is excellent and the boat was clean and comfortable. We rented the quest model. I give Hicks Seehaus 5 stars. It is a lovely lake home to create treasured memories. Thank you Stacy and Robert for opening your home so others can enjoy just a sliver of the lake life !

Hicks Seehaus was fabulous! Our family found the accommodations clean, comfortable and very welcoming! The layout is spacious, beds comfortable and very tastefully decorated! It makes me want to buy a lake house! Stacy was a great hostess and very detail oriented - we appreciated the good communication. Would definitely recommend this place - we hope to enjoy it again!
