Blue Kat Cove, a newly built lakefront home nestled in a quiet cove that sleeps 8 guests and comes with a private boat dock with swim deck. You will be just feet from the water!

Our top floor is where you will find the master suite that boasts a beautiful king size bed, a lovely modern bathroom and huge shower! There is a small living area setup with mini fridge, loveseat, TV and desk along with a private balcony!

The main floor is the shared space with kitchen, work station, dining, living-room with pull out couch (queen size) and large deck looking over the lake.

The bottom floor hosts a queen bed along with another living area containing a pull out couch (queen size) and a cabinet bed (queen size). On this floor you will find the laundry and a mid-size fridge.

Home is not child proof but we do have 2 baby gates. If you have a need for a high chair or any other baby item, let us know and we may be able to accommodate you. Guest is responsible for any wall damage from the gates.

There are ashtrays on the two decks. Smoking is allowed outside but butts must be put in the ashtrays. There will be an additional cleaning fee if thrown in the yard. ABSOLUTELY no smoking in the home.

Parking Included

Space for 3 vehicles or 2 vehicles with a trailer. Our driveway is on a hill with a flat area at the bottom that has enough space for one vehicle.

We are the Criswell's, and we are from Owensville Missouri, just a couple hours away from The Lake of the Ozarks. Blue Kat Cove has been a dream of our for years.

Fishing and being on the water brings our family so much joy. We chose Camdenton because it's great for fishing and a family friendly area.

Must be 25 years of age to rent this home.

Every guest must sign a vacation rental agreement after the booking is confirmed and before check in. Any guest that does not sign the agreement must cancel their reservation.

Parking
* All vehicles should park in the driveway. Our driveway is on a hill.
* No more than 3 vehicles or truck & trailer with one additional vehicle.

At Arrival
Please do a walk through and let us know immediately if you have any concerns.

At Departure
(Fees will occur if not followed)
* Wash all dirty dishes or load/turn on dishwasher.
* Leave linens on the bed and towels in the shower.
* Clean barbecue grill and/or griddle if used.
* Put kayaks back along with paddles.
* Raise dock ladder.
* All trash goes in the dumpster by the road (labeled Blue Kat Cove).

The cabinet bed on the lower floor under the TV is NOT to be used.

Fishermen
* Clean fish on the dock.
* No bait in refrigerators.
* Throw fish carcass in water. Make sure it sinks.
* Do not put fish remains in the trash.
* Please fry fish outside if weather permits.
* Electric skillet is provided (outdoor use ok).

Full payment due at booking.

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, houfyProtect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in

If they cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, host be paid 50% for all nights

If they cancel less than 7 days before check-in, host be paid 100% for all nights

Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in
