'LAKE EFFECT' is our lakefront vacation home at Deep Creek. Our family has been vacationing at the lake for 20 years-and looking for a lakefront home to call our own for the past decade. We finally found it!



Come experience the Lake Effect!'LAKE EFFECT' is a cedar sided three level lakefront chalet. Formally listed as 3 bedroom, 3 bath -- but we also have a loft with twin sleeper and a lower level with 'sleeping nook' (we can't call it a bedroom by lake rules). The nook has a full over a twin with its own flat panel LED tv.



The upper level has two bedrooms, one queen, one king and the upper full bath. Queen bedroom has a 32' LED flat panel tv; King has a 36' LED unit and a separate walkout to private deck facing the lake - a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee, read a book or stare at the stars over the lake. Separate a/c units in each bedroom.



Main Level includes one bedroom with a King plus 36' LED tv and separate walkout to main deck level. Another full bath on this level plus fully outfitted kitchen (new frig, microwave and dishwasher). Great room is a massive open space featuring cathedral ceiling bounded by all glass from floor to ceiling that opens to the main deck and the lake! Brand new leather sectional with 55' LG HD plus DVD and On-demand/Netflix/etc is situated nearby the toasty wood-burning fireplace - for those sundays in the fall/winter when a football game on the big screen is in order.



The lower level also includes separate walkout deck area plus a newly-finished family room with another massive flat panel LED, DVD, music dock and game room with new pool table. A queen sleeper is included in the family room furnishings.



Around the corner from the game room/family room is the sleeping nock highlighted previously. Separate from each is the newly finished laundry room that includes a wash sink and ample space for hanging your clothes and sporting gear after a day on the lake or slopes.



Walkout from the family room and you'll experience the true 'Lake Effect' when you take five steps into the top of the line Hot Springs hot tub overlooking the lake front area and fire ring.



Main level deck features all high-end Kingston outdoor furnishings and seating for 12 nearby the new gas grill for your outdoor bbq pleasure!



Lakefront is gently sloping with a mix of just enough white oaks to add some shade and ample light to let you work on your tan in the lakefront hammock or enjoy smores in the fire ring! Quiet neighborhood with safe no-traffic wooded roads for walking, biking or taking your favorite pup for a stroll. Picnic table with private dock just a few steps away highlights the waterfront features and completes the 'Lake Effect' at our home!
