This renovated home offers 3 BR, 2 BA and 2 home offices with plenty of space for up to 5 guests. Downstairs BRs have a king and full bed, while upstairs loft has queen. All BRs include A/C and blackout blinds. Both home offices have hi speed wifi & basic office supplies. Kitchen is fully stocked with dining and cooking sets. All TVs are 4K smart TVs.
Our outdoor space offers peace and relaxation with a backyard patio and walk-out lake access, including a beach & dock.

This home is designed in a Mid-Century Modern feel, with high ceilings and calming colors. The open concept living/dining/kitchen overlooks a large, flat back patio and yard that includes the lakeside beach.
Upstairs loft is bedroom and TV lounge, has high ceilings and adjoining full bath, WIC with laundry and private office with kitchenette.

Getting around

Best options for getting around are with a car, however it is easy and convenient walking or biking with many sidewalks, trails and crosswalks. Bus and train lines are within 0.5-2 miles from the property.

House Rules

Smoking, Vaping, Fishing, Pets and Bonfires are prohibited from the property. Parties are also not allowed. Extra guests staying longer than 2 nights/month must be approved in advance by property management. Payments for stays within a month are due before the first of the month and/or 30 days prior to check in (or at time of reservation if less than 30 days before check in)

Notes

Rentals longer than 28 days require background checks for all non-booking and/or non-verified adults staying on the property. That is, any adults staying on property who are not the person making the reservation and/or not verified by AirBnB, are required to complete a background check at their own expense and as coordinated by the owners. Monthly cleaning is included in the rental, and is required. Guests must allow cleaners to enter and clean the property at the end of each month. Lake use, primarily swimming and boating, is at the risk and liability of the individuals. We highly recommend use of life vests. Motorized watercraft are illegal on the lake.
