wonderful location. The roads that lead to the cabin are not for the uninitiated to driving in the hills. We all truly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere.

This was a wonderful cabin! The location is amazing as it is close to downtown while also being next to a beautiful lake. The hot tub, pool, and game room were a plus! Diana is also a wonderful host and was attentive to any questions I had. I would recommend staying at Diana’s cabin.

This cabin was absolutely beautiful. It had everything we needed and was located in a great area! We really enjoyed going to the lake as well as using the hot tub! The host was also very kind and communicative. Definitely would recommend.

Thank you for booking our Cabin! I hope you are excited about your trip to Douglas Lake! Here is your check-in information:

-Check-in anytime after 4 pm, the door code is 1122.
-Check out is 10:00 am
-The address is 1122 Carroll Hill Lane, Sevierville, TN 37876

-Free Wi-Fi is also provided during your stay

Additional things to know:
-We have a drip coffee maker - coffee not provided.
-The hot tub might not be completely "hot" when arriving at 4 pm, because we drain, clean and refill it and it takes several hours to reach a higher temperature.
-If you are bringing a boat and/or boat trailer, please let us know, as you will need to contact the Resort directly to attain a permit the day of your arrival. Boat/ramp parking is available near the dock.
- Cabin allows up to 3 vehicles

RESORT RULES:
We kindly ask that you follow the following Resort Rules; otherwise, you will be subject to a $100.00 fine:
-No fires, firepits, BBQ's, etc..
-Quiet time at the Resort is 10pm, no exceptions
-No ATV's allowed
-Please drive slowly through the Resort
-Due to attraction of bears and rodents, no trash is allowed to be left outside the cabin. Resort has provided a receptacle directly across from the cabin (this is not the locked bear proof cans). Please take out trash as you use it and upon your departure.

Did you forget your toiletries or paper products?? We provide enough paper products and supplies to last a day or two in case you forget to bring some with you. We do not provide coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil and trash bags. You will need to bring or buy them.

*** DO NOT flush feminine products or wipes down the toilet. Due to past issues from guests, there will be a $250 fine to anyone caught doing this since it causes the toilet to overflow, which means we have to call out a plumber and a cleaner to get it fixed and cleaned up.

If you need anything during your stay, please feel free to email Diana, through your booking site or text/call Misty or Alyssa at (865) 279-5295 between the hours of 8am-9pm. All calls after 9pm, will be returned the next day.

For Maintenance Emergency, after 9pm, please call/text 865-562-9008. We kindly ask that you reserve calls after 9pm for emergencies only (No water, No Electricity, No heat during winter months, No AC during Summer months, Leak, Lock out, fire, etc...). All other calls will be handled the next business day. *Please note the following items are not considered emergencies: TV not or remote needing batteries, fireplace not working, toilet not flushing (if you have more than one bathroom), hot tub not working, and other such items.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund if canceled prior to 30 days before your stay begins. 100% refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking unless it ls less than 2 weeks from the arrival date. 50% refund up to 2 weeks before stay, and no refund if canceled within 14 days of stay. All refunds may be subject to a 3% credit card fee.

Notes

*Absolutely no pets! *Hot tubs take up to 6 hours to heat up after they have been cleaned in case the water is not hot when you check in. *We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day. *All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.
