Under new Mgmt- Escape to this cozy lakeside cottage boasting 4 BDRs to accommodate 4 adults and 2 children, 2 full BTHs, a comfortable living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Party on our brand-new floating dock or bask on the sun deck atop a covered boat dock. Explore the spacious grounds perfect for family gatherings and outdoor games. Ideal for relaxation and water activities, this property offers the perfect blend of comfort, tranquility, and entertainment for an unforgettable stay!

The home is located in Highland Shores community on SML. The driveway has slight decline.

There is one small step up to the front porch which is the front entry to the home. Upon entering the home you are welcomed by an open cozy living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen.

On the first floor there is also a full bathroom with a shower.

On the second floor there are four bedrooms with two queen bed, two full beds and a full bathroom with bath/shower.

One bedroom has access to the upper deck of the home with view of the lake.

To get to the lake and dock it is short walk from the home.

Hang out with friends and family at the fire pit.

We can accommodate 4 adults and two children in the home.

Although we love fur animals our home is not pet friendly.

This is a non-smoking home.

There is no trash service in the community, but you can take your trash near by to dispose

Pillows, comforters and blankets provided. Guest can bring their own linens and towels or we have a local linen service that can deliver linens for a fee.

Linen Service: All bed sets come with sheets for the required bed size, pillow cases, 2 Bath Towels, 1hand towel and 1 wash cloth (per person, for the number of person the bed sleeps. Total cost $121.00.

My family and I had a great time, the house was right on the water. We had so much fun on the dock fishing and socializing. We pulled our boat right to the dock, everyone had a great time. The house had the perfect amount of space, the kitchen was well stocked, 5 stars we will be back!

House was quiet and cozy, and located in a nice neighborhood on the lake. Great place to relax over the 4th of July week. Host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. I would recommend people to stay there.

My stay at Smith Mountain Lake was everything I wanted it to be to get away from the hustle and bustle and relax. The property was clean and cozy, the amenities were perfect for what I needed them to be. I especially enjoyed the top deck while drinking my coffee and enjoying the view of the lake! The fire pit was also lovely in the evening. The floating deck is also a great addition, wish it had been warmer to go for a swim. I definitely recommend this property and hope to be back!
