**Access to Tantara estates (Lucky Duck Landing) can be thru front gate during daily hours but will be accessible through Margaritaville main entrance (stay to the right upon entry) during evenings and weekends

Any Damages that happen during your stay will be repaired immediately. Any costs incurred above $500 security deposit will be charged on credit card on file. Any charges that do not exceed security deposit of $500 will be returned to guest
