This stunning 3 bedroom/2 1/2 bathroom Lake House in the gated Country Club Community of April Sound offers a picturesque setting with breathtaking views of Lake Conroe. It features expansive windows, spacious deck with Adirondack chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or favorite beverage of your choice.
It is very peaceful and quiet, so you will sleep like a baby.
Pool, golf, gym, tennis and pickle ball are available for a fee paid to the Country Club, but are closed on Mondays for maintenance.

I am a wife, mother of 3 grown men, a nurse and I love to travel. We are a few years away from retirement and can't wait to go where we want, when we want. We bought and decorated this house on Lake Conroe to have a place to stay that's near our son and his growing family. We have made it so comfortable that you will certainly feel at home while you're there! We hope you love it as much as we do.

Getting around

When you drive in to April Sound, you will stop at the security gate and let them know who you are and where you're staying. (I will give them that information). Please keep in mind that parking is not assigned, but usually our neighbors are mindful of everyone's spot. You should park right in front of our house. We each have 2 unassigned spots. I will send a map to you if needed.

You will receive a door code from me one day prior to check in. If you haven't. please let me know.
You will also need to send me the names of all adults staying at the property to give to the security gate. You will need to give them your name and our address each time you drive in.
Early check in possible on a case by case basis. Same with late checkout.

1: We ask that you remove your shoes when you go in the door to help us keep the house clean for you and all future guests. We have provided a bench with a shoe rack for your convenience. 2: Absolutely no smoking. 3: Please turn off all lights and fans when you leave the house. 4: Please inform us if something isn't working or broken immediately so we can get it fixed as soon as possible. 5: We require our housekeeper to come in to clean every 2 weeks if your stay is long term.
