Rentee must be 25 yrs of age and must provide copy of drivers license and background check approved.
No pets of any kind!
No parties unless approved prior to check in.
Electronic key will be given out to renter (1) hour prior to check in.
Check in is at 4pm, (early check-in, if available).
Check out 11am (so that we may have cleaning company arrive and prepare for next guest).
Garbage cans to be brought to curb on Sunday nights if you are staying for the week. (We kindly ask you to roll to the street curb).
Parking available for 5 cars, (3) in driveway along side of home, 2 in front of house. No parking on street in front of home, only on rocks at water.
Boat dock located just down the block, parking pass sign to be placed inside vehicle to leave cars at beach area. Beach house includes bathroom area for changing.
Quiet time is weekdays is 10pm and weekends at 11pm. Please be considerate of our neighbors.
