THE SETTING - appropriately name Vista Views, this mountain cabin located in Young Harris, provides amazing year round mountain and Lake Chatuge views from both decks, living room and master bedroom. Sit, relax and enjoy your complimentary coffee while taking in the exquisite sun rise rising from behind the beautiful mountains of Hiawassee. Your morning entertainment can be provided by the wonderful array of birds partaking in the complimentary Bird Seed and Suet. Woodpeckers, cardinals, chickadees and blue birds are all frequent visitors in the morning hours.

The modern rustic interior includes all the modern necessities including central heat and air, smart tv’s, free wifi, a smart gas fireplace and usb/wireless charging lamps. The cozy living room features a comfortable 4 seat reclining couch and chair where you can sit and enjoy the warmth from the gas fireplace, no hassling with bringing in wood, just hit a button and you will be immediately welcomed with a large flame. Recline watching the 65 inch smart tv with complimentary Youtube Tv, but be prepared as it is quite difficult to take your eyes off the views out the window.

INTERIOR FEATURES
Our recently renovated chalet provides a well equipped kitchen with electric stove, 12 cup coffee maker, pots and pans, cutlery, wine glasses, beer mugs, strainer, toaster and a blender and many other kitchen essentials. The outdoor Gorilla Pellet Grill offers easy grilling and our complimentary coffee bar includes French Market ground coffee, stevia packets and creamer pods. The dining room table sits 4 people, but can easily extend to comfortably sit 6 people, there are additional dining chairs located on the lower level.

On the main level, you will encounter the spacious master bedroom where you will find the same amazing views from the memory foam king size bed. Plenty of plush pillows, a six drawer dresser, an electric fireplace, 40 inch smart tv, wireless charging lamps, a large closet and a private bathroom with shower. The guest bedroom also comes with a hybrid king mattress, 32 inch smart tv, electric fireplace, six drawer dresser, large walk in closet and an adjoining guest bathroom with shower/tub combination. On the lower level, the third bedroom comes with a pillow top double size bed, a six drawer dresser, 32 inch tv with Roku and a closet and down the hallway is the bathroom with an handicapped accessible tub/shower.

THE EXTERIOR

The exterior of the chalet features and upper and lower deck, with each providing amazing views. The wraparound upper deck you will find a large screen in porch with dining table and additional seating which can be a wonderful spot to play cards or games and still enjoy the spectacular views. The upper deck also provides a covered area with Adirondack chairs and a large side area that is long enough to play a game of corn hole at. On the lower deck, is additional seating, picnic table and a 3 seat swing. Perfect area to sit and enjoy a mid afternoon glass of wine.

If you are looking to unwind at the chalet partake in a game of ping pong, corn hole or play a round of your favorite card game.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Along with the 1 car garage there is non covered parking for up to 2 additional cars. If you are bringing lake toys with you, the garage does have enough room to store your kayaks, paddle boards, etc. There is also a working fridge in the garage as well. The road leading to the chalet is paved and a very easy drive to get to. Access to the 2 story rental is via 7 steps

The downstairs bathroom shower/tub is handicapped accessible.

THE LOCATION
Just a mile down the road is Freedom Boat Club, the marina and several restaurants. Downtown Hiawassee, Local grocery stores and retail shops are within a 10 minute drive and the local hospital is also just 5 mins away. There's winery tours, microbreweries, restaurants, hiking on the nearby Appalachian Trail, Bell Mtn, Brasstown Bald (highest point in GA), Lake Chatuge, and short hikes to waterfalls to name a few. If you're looking for additional sight-seeing then Dahlonega, Burt's Farm (Pumpkin Patch), Helen, Amicalola Falls State Park, Hayesville, and Cleveland are all only a short drive away.
