We did the best we could but honest feedback from you and your friends/ family will Help us a lot to improve the listing .
However we are still working on the house manual but here are some the important information:
1. Parking is next to the house (Please don't park on the grass, we are keeping it longer a bit so it will recover )
2. Entrance door (front ) code is 0123#
3. House has an alarm. Keypad is next to the main door and the code is 2303. After you enter the house you have the 60s to enter the code and X (top left with the shield). When you leave the house enter the code again and press the button in the right corner (runner button). When is armed all doors needs to be closed and windows. During your stay, you can keep the house unarmed if you would like. Please make sure that the alarm is armed when you check out.

5. We will appreciate if you guys don’t walk in the shoes inside the house (especially because of the virus spreading we are trying to keep everything as clean as possible ), knobs on the wall are thermostats for the baseboard heating (please do not use them during the summer and make sure that those are turned off before checking out. AC is mini split system and you have one AC in each room . (each AC is controlled by its own remote)
6. In the cleaning fee is included everything except the dishwashing , taking off sheets from tour bed and trash removal. (please clean after yourself as much as possible)
7. Extra trash bags and cleaning supplies are under the sink in the kitchen.
8. Please leave the dirty sheets and towels in trash bag and leave it next to the washer (this is Airbnb requirement due the COVID )
9. Air Mattresses are in the closet in the bedroom as well the extra blankets if you have additional previously reported guest.
10.Trash(please close trash bags and leave them in the trash bins outside ).
Our trash pickup Is once a week every Wednesday morning )
11. We got fiber internet, most of the time is great, so far no complaints.
12. Upon Checking out make sure that all ACs are off and lights are off except the front and back door light. Make sure that if you turn on the yard light bulbs turn them off when you leave.
Check-in is at 4pm make sure to let me know if you are checking in late .
13. IMPORTANT, please pick up after your PET!
14. Please, don’t let the pets use sheets and blankets provided by us.
15. Paddle Boards, umbrellas, fishing gear and beach toys are free to use.
However Paddle Boards are locked, to unlock them please use the code 2222.
Please return them clean and lock them at the same place where you found them with the same locks.
Even if those are free to use you will be responsible for any damages.
16. Please keep the propane heater in the front porch on low all the time to prevent damages. If you would like to turn it on, turn the black circle on left and then press the red button slowly.
17. Instructions for TV at the Porch: To use TV in a front, please use the extension cord provided, after using the TV cover it back so damages won't happen.

Please, take the guest pass from security guard and he will

If the gate house is closed, the property is listed on the gate as “Tomic-Flores”, please press the button on the call box and I will open a gate for you (make sure to text me on the app before doing this )


Once when you are in the house there is a remote control (clicker) under the TV that one you use to go in and out of the community , please leave it at the same space upon checking out .
