Welcome to The Laguna Shore Thing, our beach home sleeps 20 and is the perfect place for a big family trip or an adults getaway! It features 4 King suites, each with their own bathroom, a bunk room, its own private, heated pool and Starlink internet. We are located in the Laguna Shores Resort, which gives access to the amenities such as the infinity pool, swim-up bar, onsite restaurant, gym, games and much more. The community is gated with 24 hour security.-Each King suite has its own bathroom, and smart tv

-The large bunk room features 2 twin over twin bunks, and 2 twin over queen bunks, along with its own smart tv.

-The living room has a pull out sofa bed and smart tv

-Fully stocked kitchen, with Reverse Osmosis water system which allows you to drink the water (Laguna shores has an on site De-salination plant meaning the water is safe to drink)

-Outside you will find your own private heated pool with an outdoor bathroom and outdoor shower.

-Outdoor kitchen featuring gas grill, sink and grilling utensil set.

-Outdoor table and chairs allow you to enjoy the fresh air while eating or playing games

-The tall privacy wall creates a perfect oasis to relax and not worry about the neighbors

-Starlink internet gives you reliable fast internet to allow streaming

-We have set up youtubetv with all sports packs, peacock, paramount+, Disney+, Netflix, HBO Max, and Apple tv+.

“Amazing home”

Loved my stay here. The house was very spacious and looked amazing inside and out. The heated pool in the back was was great for the kids or for the adults to relax after a long day of having fun. Laguna Shores has a beautiful beach and restaurant that made the stay even better. Will definitely stay here again.

Our friends and family had a blast! Laguna Shore Thing was definitely a sure thing. There’s friendly security as well as a convenience shop upon entering the front gate. Erika has one of the best villas in the resort. Everything in the house was spotless, TVs in every room, the pool and patio were a dream, all the small necessities were provided, the kids bunk room was one of the best features for families, indoor and outdoor games, TONS of comfy seating areas, and great grill setup for at home meals. The restaurant at the resort is AMAZING, definitely a five star experience with great service and food. There’s also an infinity pool overlooking the ocean, huge secluded hot tube, miniature golf area, day care, kids play area, a gym and free rentals of paddle boards and bikes. The ocean was so calm and wonderful. We were able to gather beautiful seashells while walking on the beach. We will “SHORE-LY” do this again!

There is a gate guard who will let your party into the resort. Please let us know exactly how many people are in your party as we need to notify them in advance of who will be staying at the property. We will send the gate and door codes to you on check in day.

Notes

Laguna Shores is located about 15 minutes north of Sandy Beach and the hustle and bustle of Puerto Penasco. You won’t find the traditional vendors and solicitors you may be accustomed to at the beach. Laguna Shores beach is very shallow and water levels can vary greatly with the tide.
