Please note the sleeping arrangements in the living room comprise of a deep comfortable couch (not a sofa bed) and a single bed (provided on booking on request). A travel cot is also available . It is more suited for 2 adults and 2 children.

If you book for 2 guests and require the single bed or bedding for lounge there is an additional fee of $20 per night.

Luxurious and relaxing resort holiday (without the attitude! ) walking distance to the beach, restaurants, park and bike trails . Peppers is a 5 star resort one of the best in the area .

Plenty to do if you are active and plenty not to do if you just want to laze by the pool and meet up for a cocktail.

Perfect for couples and a young family especially with the sandy beach by the lagoon pool which is steps from the apartment .

Locals are extremely friendly and the resort staff are amazing .

If you are a cycling enthusiast road bikes can be hired at Cabarita and the ride to Mt Warning is spectacular . Don’t forget to stop for bacon and eggs and coffee on the way.

If you would like to explore the local area I’d recommend hiring a car there is parking under the resort .

If you just want to relax you can get by without a car . Plenty of cafes and restaurants . Local supermarkets will also deliver to the resort .

Bike hire is available from koolbikehire on Marine parade Kingscliff.

BYO tennis rackets and balls, basic tennis equipment is also available in your room please book a court time at reception.

If you would like to explore the local area I’d recommend hiring a car there is parking under the resort . If you just want to relax you can get by without a car . Plenty of cafes and restaurants . Local supermarkets will also deliver to the resort .

House Rules

If you book for 2 guests and require the single bed or bedding for lounge there is an additional fee of $20 per night. Any bedding changes after check in is subject to a fee of $50 . No smoking or pets. No parties and number of guests cannot exceed 4 (including infants). More than 1 infant incurs a charge of $25 per night. The resort does not allow smoking on the resort including any common areas. Please turn off the air conditioning when you are not in the apartment and if the doors are open. Please have the temperature set at 22 degrees or higher . This minimizes condensation and potential water damage to the floors and furniture. There is basic tennis equipment in the apartment missing rackets and sets of balls are $20 each. Please note that the resort doesn't rent out tennis equipment or bikes to guests of private owners. There are consumables to get you started they are not restocked during your stay. There is an grocery store across the road or a Coles and Woolworths (5 minute drive). On departure please empty the fridge/ freezer/pantry/ dishwasher and take out the garbage and wash all kitchen items. All linen (bed linen, bath and pools towels etc) provided belongs to the apartment any missing items will be deducted from the bond. Any damage or excessive cleaning required for example but not limited to food left around in the apartment, sand, liquid spills (eg. milk or wine), odours (eg. curry, dirty nappies, smoke), unclean microwave/ stovetop, damaged / missing linen, damaged furniture, floors/walls and kitchen items will also be deducted from the bond. Please remove food scraps before using the dishwasher. Dishwasher repair fees will be deducted from the bond. Extra cleaning is charged at $75 an hour (minimum 1 hour) and $100 admin fee (this is also charged for damaged or missing items ). Please leave all towels in the bathtub and the linen on the beds. Please do not move the furniture . The suite not serviced during your stay only on check out. If you require regular servicing please contact me to arrange, additional servicing is $80 for a clean and fresh linen. Missing key safes are $200 and missing keys are $30. Please note the front desk may not be helpful if you accidently lock yourself out of the room. Call out fee is $75 (unless the cleaner happens to be at the resort). Where possible and to be authorised in writing complimentary early check in and late check out is provided on request. Unauthorised early check in our late checkout is subject to a fee of $100 per hour or part there of. If you haven't departed when housekeeping arrives we reserve the right to remove your belongings from the suite. As with all leading resorts, at times some resort facilities may be unavailable due to maintenance or cleaning, no refunds will be provided if this occurs during your stay.
