Response:I am not sure what to say as we have sooo many wonderful reviews. . .Yes, we did have a problem with the pool & resolved quickly. We start all guests out with paper products & trash bags - and many leave extras (which there were for you; I was at LVB the day of your arrival and witnessed a plethora of everything from trash bags to tissues to laundry detergent to toilet paper). Perhaps you did not review the newsletter I provided that outlines what to expect. No matter - Happy trails to you & yours!

Thanksgiving Getaway
Thanksgiving this year was different and since there was not a whole family get together, we decided to take our immediate family to the beach. The owner was a pleasure to work with and made sure our stay was great. The house is exactly as presented. The ocean views from the balconies was a nice treat. We will definitely be back.

The location of the property is perfect. Being able to see the ocean from the decks was amazing. Having the pool to ourselves was a great ending to the days on the beach.
Had a great time. Would definitely stay here again. The property owner was very accomodating and responsive.

The pink house was beautiful-just like in the photos. Quite spacious and very clean. Very welcoming!

Outdoor items were dirty upon arrival, Penny said it had been rainy. Not much of a supply of TP or paper towels, luckily we had brought some with us. 2 tv's upstairs not working, checked plug in, there were linens behind the MBR dresser. Remotes missing / not working, but needed batteries. Some beds had blankets, some didn't, Penny told us to look in the closets, able to find more. Could not connect to wifi, password had been changed from what was published. Sunday nite pool person (Lori/Alicia??) came in (unannounced) to "see if there was sand in the pool". As we were upstairs, we don't know what she did, but it seemed they were cleaning it. The next day, the pool pump/heater was blinking, showing "low water flow" and the water was not circulating; water was chilly, (cool outdoor temps), (indoor water pressure also low). When we contacted Penny, she contacted pool personnel. Steve came by, looked at something, left to return about 45 minutes later. After the outdoor temp warmed up, so did the pool (and maintenance had been by to make adjustments).
On Friday night as we were cleaning up to leave, about 10 pm, water pressure in the house was very low (same as Monday), checked the pool, it was overflowing! Called Penny, she called us right back and told us how to turn the pool pump off, was very apologetic and thankful we had contacted her. She has also offered to refund half the pool heating fee. All in all, we feel Penny was responsive to our needs.

Great end to Summer
LVB was such a great house for my family and friends to stay. We had plenty of room in the house. The house was well maintained and we couldn’t get the kids o of the pool! Best part of the trip was the location. The distance to the beach and having Beach chairs and umbrellas set up for you on the beach!!

Perfect Multigenerational Vacation
La Vita Bella is a lovely property in an outstanding location. The house is immaculate, well-furnished and spacious, easily accommodating three generations of our family. The pool and comfy porches are bonuses. Penny, the owner, is a dream to work with and has thought of everything to make a stay at LVB as carefree and comfortable as possible. We had a great week at LVB!

This is our second year staying at La Vita Bella. The house is very clean and well maintained. It was a pleasure dealing with Penny.
