Wonderful stay at La Casita Cary! It felt like home the minute we stepped in the doors and was a perfect place to spend a few months while we built a new home. The townhouse is spacious (the 3d floor is a huge bonus!) and the location is incredible. We walked around the small lake daily, and were only a short drive from the community pool, playgrounds, and another community lake. Waverly Place is walkable, with a ton of great options - Whole Foods, nail salon, pet store, Shake Shack, just to name a few! The townhouse was equipped with everything we needed for a long-term stay and Karina was communicative throughout our time there. All in all a great place and I would highly recommend!

Location Location Location! In and around all of Cary’s best restaurants and Parks! Close to Whole Foods and the movie theatre. Tons to do with the family and friends. The house is perfect for short and long term stays. Neighbors have become friends and we felt very comfortable and safe in the neighborhood. We will miss our long walks around the lake and all the wildlife that greeted us on our morning walk. The house itself is nicely updated and very clean. It had everything we needed and didn’t unpack most of our things as we were there 61 days waiting for our new home to be built. There is a nice back deck that faces a small wooded area with a table and chair set, which we enjoyed eating and drinking coffee every day at! Three floors of living was more than enough for our family of 5. I highly recommend staying here if you want to feel like you’re at your home away from home. Thank you Karina for being a great host and easy to deal with!
