Welcome to La Caseta, a Barcelona themed lake house, nestled in the 4 season community, The Hideout! La Caseta was designed and inspired by our time living abroad in Spain. Come experience a bit of Spanish culture through the relaxed and comfortable Caseta vibe. Learn how to make homemade paella & sangria with a private chef while enjoying the seasonal lake views! Come recharge at this uniquely designed Caseta, while sipping sangria overlooking the beautiful natural landscape of The Poconos.
La Caseta has cathedral ceilings, two sky lights and a ton of windows and sliding glass doors creating a calming space filled with natural light. The Caseta also received an extensive renovation updating both bathrooms, the kitchen and creating the game room. Every space in La Caseta has be updated and refreshed for your enjoyment.
Check out our two favorite nooks. Sit by the fireplace with your favorite book overlooking the trees. Relax at the round table on the deck early in the morning enjoying the Caseta's peaceful and calming surroundings. This spot is also stunning in the evening to observe the sunset or the stars late in the night.

Was an absolute pleasure to be at the La Caseta ! The pictures do not do justice to how well the cabin is kept on the inside. Suzanne and Bradley have thought of all the things possible you would need and have it stocked, right from an amazing tea collection, to age appropriate games for kids, adults and even a smores kit. They went above and beyond to procure two portable a/c's when we asked about it and were very quick on the communication. This cabin is a gem to be discovered and will definitely visit again.

Suzanne & Bradley are wonderful hosts, they are very responsive and flexible. The house was also wonderful and was perfect for our young family of four. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking equipment, a very large collection of spices and ingredients for s'mores. The bathrooms were also fully stocked which is always greatly appreciated. The house even had age appropriate toys to entertain the children. We highly recommend La Caseta!

House Rules
The Hideout is a gated vacation and residential community. Please be respectful of our neighbors and community so we can continue to share The Hideout with guests. Please observe all rules of the community including quiet hours from 10 PM- 8 AM. No parties or events are allowed. All trash and recycling needs to be brought to The Hideout trash collection center. Absolutely no trash is allow to sit outside of the house. All amenities require a guest badge for entry. Please obey the community speed limit of 25 mph and only park in designated parking spots. Payment Policy
A deposit of 50% is due upon booking La Caseta. The remainder is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Refundable Damage Deposit
In case of stolen, broken items or damage to property guests will be required to pay the full cost of replacement of lost or broken items or to repair the damaged property. If the property is returned to the owner without damages or theft, guests will be returned their security deposit in full 3-5 days after check-out.

Cancellation Policy
A full refund is issues if cancellation is requested 30 days before arrival. A 50% refund is issued if the request is from 14-30 days before arrival. There is no refund given after 14 days before check-in.
Notes
It is important to note that La Caseta is not fully secluded. It is located in a lake community with neighboring cabins on both sides. Also, the lake view is seasonal when the foliage is not in full bloom. ***In case of a short notice check-in (less then 72 hours) guests will be charged an extra 100.00 short notice registration fee. This fee is instituted from The Hideout (our community) and not from us. *** Thank you for your understanding.
