In the district of Cumbre del Sol 8 km from the centre of Moraira, 10 km from the centre of Javea, in a quiet, sunny position, 3.5 km from the sea, 3.5 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: large, beautiful, well-kept garden (not fenced) wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular (4 x 8 m, depth 120 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: air conditioning, washing machine. Parking on the premises.
