Very beautiful farm estate "Manoir des grands prés", from the 17th century, surrounded by trees and meadows. In the resort 1.5 km from the centre of Cancale, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, traffic calmed area, 1.5 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach. For shared use: park 1 ha (fenced), well-kept garden (fenced). Private: terrace, garden furniture, parking on the premises.
