'Knotty Pines' Authentic Spacious Log Cabin - Mountain Home

*Guest must read and sign the rental agreement.

Guest must provide picture of driver's license before reservation is accepted*

Must be 25 years of age or older to book.

Only 8 registered guests may stay at the cabin. No overnight guests allowed.

No smoking or vaping allowed inside the cabin, on front porch, or back deck. Please smoke on the driveway and dispose of cigarettes butts in the can provided (not on ground).

Quiet hours 10PM-7AM.

The gas grill is stored in the garage. Do not grill in the garage it will set off the smoke detectors. Please take it out and grill outside.

Guests are not allowed to park in the garage.

Do not eat food in the bedrooms or on the beds. You may be inviting critters if you do!

No open flames, candles or incense. Candles are a leading cause of house fires.

Do not tamper with smoke detectors or security cameras. These are installed for your protection. Tampering with these systems is a violation of the house rules and will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation.

Lock the doors when leaving the cabin, taking a nap or bedding down for the night. We want you and your things to be safe.

NO parties, events, large family gatherings, or bachelor/bachelorette parties.

We are not liable for any accidents or illnesses that occur while on the premises.

We are not liable for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.

We are not liable for any items left behind.

*You have 24 hours from check-in to make us aware of any issues/concerns or you will assume all responsibility for the property as-is*

Potential Additional Fees:

All guests must be registered with a maximum of 8 guests in the cabin. There will be a charge of $100 per night per extra guest exceeding the 8 registered on the reservation.

*Smoking indoors will result in a $250 cleaning charge and immediate cancellation of the reservation*

Stained lines or sheets that cannot be cleaned will result in a $40 charge per item.

Lost remote controls will result in a $100 charge.

Late check outs cannot be accommodated. Our cleaners need time to do their job. Guests who check out after 11AM will be charged an additional $50 per 30 minutes.

*We love animals but we chose to make this home pet-free. Any guest who brings a pet to the cabin will be asked to leave immediately and will be charged a $250 cleaning fee.
