This one bedroom, one bath home boasts a king size bed with fully equipped kitchen, hot tub and foos ball. You will be centrally located near Pigeon Forge and all it offers with fine dining, shows and all the recreation you seek. You are a short drive to the Great Smoky National Park where you can hike, and sight see all that nature has to offer.

Thank you for booking our Cabin! I hope you are excited about your trip to the Smokies and Stone Haven Cabin! Here is your check-in information: -Check-in anytime after 4 pm, the door code is 5295. -Check out is 10:00 am -The address is: 2502 Upper Middle Creek Sevierville, TN 37876 -Free Wi-Fi is also provided during your stay: Name: stonehaven Password: piper#2502 Additional things to know: -We have coffee maker - coffee not provided. -The hot tub might not be completely "hot" when arriving at 4 pm, because we drain, clean and refill it and it takes several hours to reach a higher temperature. Please visit our website at https://beyondexpectationspm.com/area-guide/ for a full list of restaurants, activities, and other things to do for the area! Let us know if you need anything and have a wonderful stay! Did you forget your toiletries or paper products?? We provide enough paper products and supplies to last a day or two in case you forget to bring some with you. We do not provide coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil and trash bags. You will need to bring or buy them. *** DO NOT flush feminine products or wipes down the toilet. Due to past issues from guests, there will be a $250 fine to anyone caught doing this since it causes the toilet to overflow, which means we have to call out a plumber and a cleaner to get it fixed and cleaned up. COMMUNICATION: (Please read this in its entirety) If you need anything during your stay, below are some avenues to communicate: Email Diana/Misty, through your booking site (Preferred Communication Method) Text/call Alyssa Monday-Wed 8am-5pm and 8am-9pm Saturday-Sunday (865)-279-5295 Thurs & Friday 8am-9pm and Monday-Friday after 5pm: Text/Call Amanda at 865-244-9445 For Maintenance Emergency, after 9pm, please call/text 865-562-9008. We kindly ask that you reserve calls after 9pm for emergencies only (No water, No Electricity, No heat during winter months, No AC during Summer months, Leak, Lock out, fire, etc...). All other calls will be handled the next business day. *Please note the following items are not considered emergencies: TV not working or remote needing batteries, fireplace not working, toilet not flushing (if you have more than one bathroom), hot tub not working, and other such items. We maintain a smoke-free/vape-free home and property for everyone's comfort. Please note that remediation of smoking on the property will incur a $$ charge. *Upon check out, guests will be expected to clean up spills and messes that they make and throw all their trash in the trash can. Also, it will be the guest's responsibility to do the dishes before they leave. If these items are not done, you may incur an extra cleaning fee. You do not need to do anything else as we will wash the linens and clean everything after you leave. Please remember you are staying in someone’s home, so treat it with respect. *Please do not bring glitter, confetti, or anything like that to any of our properties. *Please ensure that you review the cancellation policy as it pertains to any cancellation, including any COVID-19 reason. We encourage guests to purchase travel insurance because we cannot operate outside of our cancellation policy for any reason. *Do not flush anything in the toilet besides toilet paper. Do not flush any wipes or feminine products. *No food or drink in the hot tub. *Please note we live in the mountains and you will get spiders, ants. bees, ladybugs, and other insects. Even though we stay on top of maintaining them with monthly pest control, it’s not 100 percent guaranteed that bugs won’t be around. * Once trash bins are full you can request a trash pickup during your stay but it will be an extra charge since the local trash dumps charge a fee for each time that trash is dropped off so we will charge that fee to you if requested, *Due to current fraud trends on the rise, cleaning and maintenance issues will be personally addressed in real time by our management team and remedied without the possibility of refund unless the issue is not resolvable during your stay. Please note we inspect and keep photos after every stay, you must provide pictures of any issues with appropriate date and time stamp within 24 hours after check in. For cleaning issues, these need to be reported the same day that you check in so that we can resolve the issues as soon as possible for you to ensure that you have a wonderful stay. *Parties strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to ask you to leave the property without a refund if you break this or any other house rules on a case by case basis. *Unless otherwise stated in the description of the property, there will be no pets allowed. *THERE WILL BE A $250 CHARGE FOR SMOKING, PARTYING, OR BREAKING ANY OTHER HOUSE RULES!

100% refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking. 100% refund if canceled prior to 30 days before your stay begins. 50% refund up to 2 weeks before stay (meaning additional 50% will not be owed), and no refund if canceled within 14 days of stay. All refunds may be subject to a 3% credit card fee.
