Our comfy and spacious home is located on a quiet, peaceful cul de sac only 12 minutes from downtown Asheville. The house is on 1.25 acre with a heavily treed area in the back and a treehouse and trampoline.

The house is 1.5 miles from Woodfin Riverside Park, which is an awesome place to spend time fishing, kayaking, riding bikes, or just relaxing! Grab coffee at High Five and relax by the river.
We have a gorgeous balcony off the dining room, with comfortable couch seating as well as a dining area and fire pit. The sunroom is a lovely space with a sunny, indoor dining area and couches. There are lots of toys for children to play with, as well as a swing set and trampoline. The home is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a great vacation! We provide linens, coffee and cream, and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook meals! Bring your bikes because you can ride straight out from the house in some of the most beautiful landscapes around!

PETS: We allow up to two small dogs (under 25 lbs). There is a $50 flat pet fee per stay. When selecting your number of guests and dates prior to booking, it will also ask if you plan to bring pets. Click the box to say yes and it will automatically charge the pet fee. The house is fully stocked so you shouldn’t need to bring anything but your clothes, toiletries, and food! Please purchase trip insurance in case you need to cancel last minute.
