Beautiful, cosy house "Kenzo", 572 m a.s.l., detached, renovated in 2013. In the centre of Casabasciana, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, in a pedestrian area. Private: terraced garden, 200 m2 (fenced) with flowers, swimming pool fenced (6 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Sep.). Garden furniture, barbecue, public parking 100 m. Grocery 150 m, restaurant 100 m, bar 150 m, bus stop 100 m, railway station 7 km, sandy beach 60 km. Nearby attractions: rafting sul fiume lima 3 km, Lucca 35 km, Castelnuovo Garfagnana 35 km.
